What do you like best about the product?
I've tested 5 AI notetakers and Sybill is by far the best I've tried.

The summaries perfectly capture the context of a sales call and I dont find myself having to add much additional detail to the CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like Sybill to bring back its feature that allowed you to share an auto created summary video clip. I forgot what the feature was called but I used it frequently
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to focus on the conversation without being distracted taking notes.

What do you like best about the product?
Transcription is very good. It handles accents well, has very clean summaries.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ability to handle other languages would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
summarizes sales calls, provides automated summaries of next steps, highlights pain points, timelines in coversations. Saves me from having to take notes, allowing me to be present in the conversation.

What do you like best about the product?
Great at following "joining" instructions (I've had issues with Fireflies and Gong in the past)

AI summaries and especially the next steps are super accurate... eerily so sometimes

Super easy to implement, admin people, determine rules for joining meetings, etc.

Integrates nicely with GCal, Google Meet and Zoom

Use it on most of my external and many internal meetings
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish they did more theme analysis like Gong does but not a huge deal
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everyone needs a great call recorder, and the best tools layer in AI capabilities for transcribing and summarizing the conversations. Sybill's AI features are top notch, and I've used Gong and Fireflies and a couple others extensively. Great pricing model too.

What do you like best about the product?
The timesaver of having Sybill in my vitual meetings, allows me truly focus on the goals and outcomes knowing that Sybill is listening taking notes and then embedding them into the Salesforce opp for tracking with next steps and action items.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been a few times where there were glitches and Sybill didn't make it into the room and I wasn't able to caputre as sicintly the depth and bredth of the meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All notes are automatically uploaded into my Saleforce opportunites focusing on the MEDDICC methodology and gives me and my potential customer or team member action items to complete. Helps be stay focused and organized allowing for more meetings to close buisness.

Solid new product to meeting insights space

What do you like best about the product?
Provides a helpful review of the summary of the meeting without the full transcript. It is fairly accurate in its review and documents action items which I have found helpful
What do you dislike about the product?
A little bit fickly with joining the meeting on time and if you leave it in the waiting room in disappears and you have to manually put it in the meeting. This happens 1 in every 15 meetings though so not a big deal

Tracking the meeting and providing insights into the proceedings of the call.

What do you like best about the product?
Sybill has made meetings with next steps and action items actualy get completeled. So often you have a meeting and multiple people walk away with tasks and its never heard of again. Sybill takes incredible notes in the human written language that are easy to review and check on next steps.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are alot of features I didnt know about such as recording. I need to dive deeper into the features. I would like to be able to change the name of Sybill on teams
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sybill helps me keep track of next steps from meetings and review old ntoes from followup calls without having to check the crm or bug anyone else internally for notes.

What do you like best about the product?
That it records video and transcribes, and even sends follow up emails
What do you dislike about the product?
It's on the pricier side and I think other comparable solutions exist, but it's worth it

We need all meetings recorded. I love how it includes 'conversation starters' in follow ups so you can use those to build relationships with prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
I run a small sales team and needed help capturing data from sales calls, training calls, and customer success calls and then getting that data into SFDC. For me, Sybill had the best insights from those calls and I loved how it allows you to capture specific details that are unique to your calls. The integration to SFDC was key, though. I did not want to rely on someone having to manually transcript everything to the opportunity. Sybill does this for us, and not only that, to specific fields that I setup to allign with the data points that Sybill is capturing. Demo > Close > Onboarding > CSM- our start to finish process now has the consistent data it needs to be as efficent and accurate as it can be.
What do you dislike about the product?
They are a startup, so just know that they are still figuring some things out (which is to be expected). There may be slight communication delays, things like that, just because everyone is wearing several hats. Not really a "dislike" just something to be aware of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Capturing relevent call data and getting that data in SFDC.
