Sybill ensures I never forget a next step or action item!
What do you like best about the product?
Sybill creates accurate call summaries, making it easy to follow up with customers and prospects on next steps, key takeaways, and action items. Using Sybill, I never lose track of what's next with customers. It's reduce the time I spend drafting follow up and next step emails with customer's by 80%.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if sybill had the ability to prioritize next steps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me track customer success call outcomes, action items, takeaways, and tracking customer sediment.

What do you like best about the product?
The best parts of Sybill for me are the summary and the next steps. It really captures the next steps so well and makes it super easy to take action after calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
ive entered in client names a few times but it doesnt associate them and spell correctly in summaries and notes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Removes all notetaking from sales calls, and internal calls. Everyone can pay attention and interact on calls with no worry that key info gets missed on tasks and notes from the call.
Can't live without Sybill
What do you like best about the product?
Multi Faceted. Video with insight into body language, plus easy to edit snips. Searchable transcripts. Plus the overview that highlights buying intent, challenges and needs. Finally, AI followup, the emails are almost perfect everytime. Sybill saves me countless hours, and I no longer have to try and decipher my notes. Love that it updates Hub Spot

What do you like best about the product?
Sybill has proved extremely valuable to review past meetings (from even previous years meetings) and review details from calls, understand additional insights from the call and provide an excellent synopsis of past calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any dislike items - it does what I need it to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping to review past calls and allowing me to get more out of current calls knowing that I can focus on the call rather than trying to be diligent in taking notes.

Sybill joins your online meetings and analyses the dialogue for interests & pain points for external or sales meetings as well as key takeaways for internal or team meetings.
The summary of each meeting is decision-useful and I’d argue 99% accurate compared to the typical transcription tools like Fireflies.
To add to the convenience, Sybill has saved me about 2 hours per week of emailing participants after meetings with helpful recaps and next steps.

Sybill currently integrates with Salesforce and Hubspot CRM, but it would be great if Pipedrive also integrated with Sybill as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sybill accurately and completely notes critical & decision-useful information discussed in sales, customer and team meetings.
This not only saves us time but also ensures an effective approach to reduce the risk of misalignment. Added to this, the fact that Sybill auto-generates an email response to recap the meeting with actionable steps is outstanding.

Great meeting partner
What do you like best about the product?
Having access to video and script of meetings as well a being able to jump to different times during the meeting recording in order to find the information faster. It's also very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being a multicultural regional company, we do speak in English and Spanish during our meetings. Sybill is not able to recognize Spanish or the mix of both languages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping notes of meetings so I can focus on my conversations.
Sybill is a game-changer!
What do you like best about the product?
Sybill has made my life easier and really improved my client communications! I'm able to focus on my client calls without being distracted by taking notes. I love the AI generated emails as a template to write a more personalized follow up. Going back to watch the transcripts or search for a specific topic is a great way for me to prep for my next call with that client. Plus, Nisit and team are so helpful and friendly!

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike much about Sybill. The email transcripts are more formal than I typically write so it would be interesting to adjust the tone of your emails in the settings. The call recaps are more oriented towards sales calls whereas I use Sybill for client calls. However, they are still very helpful for me.

Sybill helps me focus on my clients and send thoughtful follow ups without missing any points.
Game Changer for Sales
What do you like best about the product?
Sybill allows me to focus on what I do best, which is selling. Instead of taking notes and making sure I am not missing anything for later, I can fully engross myself in the conversation.

None I can think of off the top of my head.

Helping take maticulous notes about every deal I have, so that I do not miss anything later.
Truly a Lifesaver
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Sybill is the ease of use. I can easily copy and past notes for internal purposes. I can even copy a prewritten follow up email to paste and send with minimal edits.
We were able to integrate the software into our organization with very little training and prepertion required.

The only downside is there is often some repetition within painpoints and interests transcriptions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sybill solves the problem of not being able to be fully engaged in a meeting because you're too worried about taking proper notes.

It's only about 95% accurate but most of the fixes I do are grammatical, not inaccuracies. S
