Made easy to remember meeting minutes

What do you like best about the product?
It has help to keep of record of my meeting minutes and the way it summaries the meeting with task being discussed and what next to be done is commendable.
What do you dislike about the product?
No anything as such. At times the there is some typos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps in summerize metting for me and also comment on putative actions.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can send your prospects an outline of exactly what was spoken about, including the full dashboard and video from the call. Huge time saver- and great for multithreading!
What do you dislike about the product?
The follow up emails could be a bit better and friendlier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's making for much easier followups, and making it a lot easier to keep track of next steps and conversations.

What do you like best about the product?
The automated email summaries are fantastic! They distill the key takeaways, pains of the prospect and next steps. It generates specific action items related to the call/meeting and synthesizes them in a step-by-step logical manner. Sybill's call recording capabilities are top-notch as well!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are very few downsides to using Sybill!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time saved, custom solutions presented and an excellent note-taker

What do you like best about the product?
After each call, I get a detailed synopsis of what happen. I specifically love how they breakout their notes. They have an Outcomes area, Next Steps, Painpoints, and Interests that are so insight full.

Its so easy to connect and use, it fucntions right through my Gmail account, implementation took less than 15 mins. I use it daily and add their notes into our CS system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their intial pricing and tiers was a bit confusing, but was able to connect to support and they helped.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sybill helps me to take detailed notes around next steps for each user, any buying signals, easily transfer info around account plans from our calls

What do you like best about the product?
Sybill helps me keep track of everything - pain points, next steps, key details. You name it. I love how easy it was to install/integrate and use, and it saves me SO much time on my follow ups and notes entry. I use it every day, multiple times a day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes feel Sybill doesn't always get the buying intent level completely accurate, and occasionally misses details that aren't necessarily crucial but would still be helpful to have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me make sure my notes are accurate and makes following up so much easier.

What do you like best about the product?
We used to spend so much time just documenting notes and next steps from our calls rather than business development. Now the entire process is automated, and we have better notes to work with than ever before.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say there's anything I dislike!!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Operational efficiency. Our sales team spends their time hunting, rather than documenting and organizing. Also, management can easy get updates on how call went in real time through slack, so no need to waste time on more meetings!

What do you like best about the product?
The Sybill magic summary saves so much time and is incredibly accurate. The action items are usually spot on and saves me so much time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing stands out to dislike about Sybill. The AI-generated emails are not always accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
post call recaps and action points are easy to search and navigate now with Sybill.

Sybill is helpful in providing synopsis from the meeting as well as being able to review the recording back again.

Unable to give specific call outs of information I would like recorded from the meeting.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to very accurately review the call and outline next steps clearly. Makes any follow up very simple. Also great that it all happens automatically and I do not have to manually do anything for all of the necessary information.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't write my emails for me. It's been great!

What do you like best about the product?
Integrated with our existing systems with the click of a button enabling visibility into our entire meeting history. We switched from gong as it is less expensive and has better call summaries
What do you dislike about the product?
Call quality and recording quality can be low at times but i am stretching to find something here.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility into deal health and provides summaries and recaps for AEs
