Time saver, customer prioritizing, value add!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can focus more on my customer and their needs, rather than just note taking. I'm confident that I will have a record of the call to reference in the future, and that Sybill will be able to consolidate the main takeaways that are needed for me to follow up or recall for the next call. It's super easy to integrate to my calls and I can choose which calls I want Sybill in.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside that's impacted me is the time it takes to process a video call. Sometimes it takes a while to process, especially if it's a longer meeting. This is understandable though, as there is more data to sift through. Ultimately it is still a time saver and value focusing product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increasing our team's capacity! We can focus on the customer and also jump from call to call with confidence that Sybill's got our backs. The auto email generations and next steps are fantastic features that save time as well.
Seamless integration and I don't have to think/plan ahead, Sybill is there.

How seamless the integration is and simple the interface is--very easy to find/review meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish the meeting outcomes were more clearly outlined as steps so I can copy/paste and send to our clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notetaking! I can fully focus on the client rather than multitasking.
Best Note Taker on the market
What do you like best about the product?
We have tried may different softwares and Sybill has been the most accurate call note taker on the market right now. Recommending to all our clients and partners. Easy to use, outcome and next steps recap emails are on point

Nothing that I can think so at the moment

We can finally keep track of all next steps accurately

Love the recap that it sends and how fast Sybil's puts together the review. Easy to copy and send to team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe a different layout or a customizable layout. This way we can choose if we want participants, follow ups, and selected notes.

Solves the problem and issue of confirming conversations when escalations happen

What do you like best about the product?
Sybill automatically records all of their meetings automatically. It's so easy to use! Sybill is also avialble to sit in on any meeting. The integration for the end users was so easy and simple. The one time I reached out to customer support, they answered my questions immediately. Sybill is used in each and every one of my meetings and has saved me HUNDREDS of hours! I use this all the time!

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Sybill would tell everyone she was recording.
Being able to replace the photo in MS Teams with our company logo would be great.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sybill takes my notes and sends a summary after every meeting. Sybill is extremely easy to share recordings and the dashboard! It saves hours of summarizing notes for the team.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Sybill to record all my customer facing calls. Recaps are great for reminders about what has transpired is previsous calls. Recording are great for coaching and snippets are great to share with rest of team to impove sales talk tracks and such.
What do you dislike about the product?
I previously used gong, while vary comparable. The one thing I'd like to see more of is analytics on calls.

What do you like best about the product?
AI summaries sent to slack allow me to have my finger on the pulse of every demo my team perfroms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything I dislike yet. Anything we've asked about is either being developed or the team added our product feature request.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves my AE's time by providing AI summaries and AI Emails. I don't have to guess at which calls to review. I can read a summary of every call in a Slack channel and choose which calls I need to dig deeper into.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything. From generating action items from the call to auto-creating a follow-up email right after the call. And yes, it joins the meeting seamlessly on its own.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not many but AI email currently comes after ~60 minutes. It would be helpful if it can come right after the call or maybe within 5-10 minutes. No image for Sybill when it joins our call, faceless currently.

Super accurate AI summaries
What do you like best about the product?
I like the summary of the call that it sends after it. It captures a summary of the call, and main takeaways from each person very accurately. I haven't tried their AI
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't seen much in the way of filtering all calls for specific words or features mentioned. I also have not seen a way to correct a word that the voice recognition incorrectly transcribed.
