The best API documentation tool
What do you like best about the product?
The API documentation is straightforward to read even by a non-developer. The best feature is team collaboration, which makes work easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
SwaggerHub should have had some more features of the complete API development environment. One should buy premium versions to create private APIs and have more added features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SwaggerHub is really easy to use. Documenting API has made not only the communication with non-developers easier but also helped test efficiently and manage our APIs. It can also integrate tools like Github, SOAP UI, Bitbucket, etc., for API management which is very useful for large organizations.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Using SwaggerHub is really recommended if you want to create and manage APIs efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to write documentation for API development. It detectes all attributes so every is nice.

Nothing much to dislike, more features and support with different tools can be added rest is good

API documentstion is easy now with this. While development you can create a documentation too.

Can be used online and offline also have interegation with companys login id password. Easy to integrate for documentatiin purpose

What do you like best about the product?
It helps craft a blueprint for API development, managing access, and user roles for respective APIs. It also helps in versioning and publishing customized APIs, fork, comparing or merging with an existing API, review of API.
What do you dislike about the product?
As per my usage of the Swagger hub in the project, I don't find any functionality I dislike. The swagger hub can incorporate additional customization options for report generation and collaboration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps multiple teams to collaborate, like frontend and backend teams, to work on a common API by designing mocks and standard documentation to which both the groups can align and work. Reviewing and maintaining a large number of APIs is much simpler
Best for OpenAPI based API Design and Dev
What do you like best about the product?
OpenAPI version 2.x to version 3.x conversion is the best out of box functionality provided by SwaggerHub. It is best for Teams who have to do collaborative API Design and development. SwaggerHub also provides out-of-the-box functionality for REST API client stub creation and testing with support for various programming languages.
What do you dislike about the product?
SwaggerHub's desktop or offline Swagger installer is a NodeJS NPM based app, which can break due to Javascript library incompatibility between version upgrades.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaborative API Design, Versioned API modeling, with more than 2 teams working on the same API and need to create or modify API endpoints. Teams can do collaborative editing.

Create a simple and informative UI with all the endpoints displayed in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface should be tabbed, and functionality to download and save the response should be provided.

The greatest documentation for any api!
What do you like best about the product?
We are documenting the Node js API with swagger. It's very comfortable to show any params and front-end developers without giving any advanced docs. There are a lot of types and it's really easy to implement!
What do you dislike about the product?
Absolutely nothing. If you are developing the API means, you definitely need documentation software like this. Swagger do all that should be done. I very like it.

Consuming the API's designed by third parties into my applications.

Easy to use and how well it gets Integrated with Microservicesa. Look and feel is also good.

There should be some option to directly with automation frameworks

I use it for Rest API documentation and use the try it out option. Easier to use and simpler documentation for API

If you are developing a Microservices infrastructure then swagger is best place to document your API, not only you can document it, you can also try it out.

Swagger APIs are incredibly low weight, and they also have a superior implementation with fewer coding changes if any modifications are needed in the future.
One thing to note is that OAuth processing carries a lot of weight because it can offer OAuth credentials for the entire application as well as individual requests. As an API user, it all relies on who needs this feature the most.
