PrinterLogic has made our life so much easier.
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of setup. Customer Support is excellent. Our Rep has been available every time we needed help, and resolved issues fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no issues or dislikes with PrinterLogic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our printer ticket volumes have decreased by 70% at clients using PrinterLogic.

What do you like best about the product?
Definitely, the resources I can use to deploy and manage our district printers

Nothing for now, it has been effective in what we bought it for and hasn't brought up any major issues

Pushing out printers at the district level and reducing the workload for our IT team.
A great cloud solution to managing your print environment.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can manage all of my printers without a print server.

Printers seem to disappear frequently and need to be added again from the web interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our print server was part of our DC running on an Azure VM that we wanted to get rid of. We had persistent problems with it. When making the decision to retire the server we needed to find alternatives for everything that the server was responsible for.
Printer Logic has made it easy to deploy and manage all of my printers and has drastically cut down on the amount of printer related tickets.

Serverless Printing making life easier
What do you like best about the product?
We implemented PrinterLogic Solution in our enviornment in 2023 and ever since that We have seen the ticket ratio of printing issue coming down drastically.
PrinterLogic is very easy to use and it took us only couple of sessions to train our 1000 Employees.

We used to have Printer servers and then we moved our company 100% on cloud and ever since then we have ad-hoc printing system.

Great Application
What do you like best about the product?
It resolved a security issues with sharing printers and simplified deployment.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not ran into any issues with it so far.

PrinterLogic Great Experience
What do you like best about the product?
With their engineers assistance separating our printers and setting up a new environment was really simple. It made our reintegration of the Printerlogic app with all of our devices much easier. I like that I can easily move printers from one location to another by just dragging and dropping. Setting up new printers was a lot easier than I thought it would be too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently I don't have any dislikes of PrinterLogic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes installing printers and adding printers to our users devices a lot easier than searching for printers and scanners and adding a printer that way.

What do you like best about the product?
PrinterLogic has made it easy for our IT team to manage our printer fleet. We can manage all 175 printers from a single website.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we would have implemented it sooner.

The ability to manage printers from a single location. Allows users moving between sites to add and remove their own printers
Easy to setup, easy to use, and works much better than our previous print management

It is a SaaS solution and works with cloud managed devices (Intune specifically) -- easy to setup took one day to setup -- provides many features for our end users to utilize

The settings area is very busy and seems unorganized slightly -- Idp setup was a little confusing had to contact support

Easily deploying sharp copiers to end users without their interaction and for cloud managed device sets.

What do you like best about the product?
The Accounting and Invoices are very easy to follow

Nothing comes to mind right now. Cannot think of any dislikes.

Managing a large number of Printers
Excellent product, we love it
What do you like best about the product?
We switched away from in-house print servers to Print Logic and we could not be happier. We have very few issues anymore, everything just works. It's really easy to add a printer, make changes etc and I rarely have any helpdesk calls from users about printers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I spent a lot of time initially with their support to write scripts to remove my old printers, some of which still never removed so occasionally I have a user get confused why old printers still show up in their list - Granted it's Windows being a pain, but still frustrating.

no longer need an in house print server that crashes and stops working.
