It is helping lower the nubmer of tickets we get and makes its easier for the end users
Great experience with a great printing solution!
What do you like best about the product?
We have liked how this product is device agnostic and we are not tied to any one brand of printer. It is all web based so we don't have to manage print servers and giving access is easier to people outside our domain due to us not having to allow access directly to internal print servers. It has also worked solidly with very few if any real problems.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the only ding against this product so far was that we were never able to integrate to both Google and Azure. It was something we were told that would work, but we have not been able to get it to work, even with their support. We have been told that it will work in the future. It caused us to have to change our plans on getting this set up exactly how we wanted to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When we moved to Microsoft AD years ago, we were using the built in Microsoft printing and it was just not meeting our needs and we seemed to have constant issues with the print servers and allowing access to them. We wanted a more secure way to print that would have better up time and was easy to manage. Microsoft was very clunky and became even worse when we started moving accounts to Azure.
Great tools on managing our fleet of printers across different regions .

What do you dislike about the product?
The VA with the Linux OS is a bit tricky, I wish they can provide a training on how to manage or administer the system easily.

Frees our team up to focus on more pressing issues
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to setup multiple printers in various locations so our end users can self manage their printer installations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes a little bit to find a compatible driver but once you know what the limitations are it's easy to know what will work or what won't.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PrinterLogic frees up the members of our IT team to focus on larger or more important issues. Rather than dropping what we're doing to install a printer for John Doe at Site X, we can direct him to install it himself and focus on other tasks.
PrinterLogic is a good product overall, but has created some new issues of its own.
What do you like best about the product?
I have found the product to be most useful when making changes to the network structure of a whole site. In this scenario, it is a huge time saver and mimimizes the need for endpoint troubleshooting/configuration.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have ran into a few bugs that have proven to be extremely inhibitive, most of which are regarding the PrinterLogic installer client's interaction with the endpoints Control Panel > Devices & Printers functionality.
I also don't like that I can't rename printer drivers or notate them with, for example, a full list of compatible devices, once they are imported.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enterprise level printer administration.
Great service!
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use! Users can install printers as they need them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the printers don't return when a user starts a new session in VDI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to manage 100+ printers easily. We can limit who can print as well as limit what options are available to users.

What do you like best about the product?
Wow, let me tell you about PrinterLogic – it's been a game-changer for us. The best part? It's like a superhero for our office's printing chaos. Before, we were running all over to fix random print issues on different computers, but now, with PrinterLogic, it's like having a magic wand. I can control all our printers from one spot, which feels like a dream. The setup is easy, and the interface is so user-friendly. And oh, the print job tracking and reporting – it's like having a crystal ball for our printing habits. I can make smarter decisions and even cut down on wasteful printing. Plus, mobile printing is a total winner. Our team can print from their phones directly to the office printers, and that kind of convenience is a real game-changer. The cherry on top? PrinterLogic takes security seriously, and their support team is like a group of real-life superheroes. They're always there to swoop in and save the day. So, in a nutshell, PrinterLogic isn't just a printer tool; it's a lifesaver that's made my work life way better.
What do you dislike about the product?
My journey with PrinterLogic has been truly wonderful, although there are a couple of small points I'd like to mention. Every now and then, I find myself slightly bothered by the learning curve when it comes to the more advanced features. While setting up the basics is incredibly easy, diving into the finer settings can feel a bit daunting initially. Having a bit more intuitive assistance or user-friendly tips would go a long way in addressing this concern.

PrinterLogic replaces the time and bother of managing multiple print servers. My company has saved hundreds of hours that we used to spend managing printers, drivers, etc. This product makes it easy to manage every single printer in my organization with ease (6000 printers at this time). PrinterLogic also solves the issue of having to worry about taking a print server down to upgrade or perform maintenance. With PrinterLogic, there is no downtime as the printers are installed locally on the workstations.
PrinterLogic is great!

Quick, easy to access, simple to teach end users!
What do you dislike about the product?

printer installs, networking
A simple solution and a great time saver
What do you like best about the product?
I love that is makes my job easier. Instead of managing several print servers across all of our sites, we have just one virtual appliance to manage. It saves time for me, my help desk, and my users by making printer installation so easy. It is simple to setup and easy to maintain.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I wish could be improved a bit is the knowledge base. Many articles are a bit vague on some steps, which occasionally calls for extra research on my part. That said, their support staff is great at what they do. I typically hear back same-day when I open a support ticket.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PrinterLogic makes managing printer a breeze. No more print servers, no more calls to the help desk to install a printer. Users are able to do it themselves which saves my department valuable time.
