Makes Printer Management Manageable Again
What do you like best about the product?
Allowing us to manage our fleet of printers across several offices all around the country, and empowering end-users to install printers in an easy-to-use interface. I use this software daily, and it's extremely easy to implement. It has all the features we need to be able to manage our printers remotely, without print servers or requiring a tech on-site.
I can't speak on the Customer Support, since I have never had to contact them, but that's probably the best compliment I can pay for any platform or service.
I can't speak on the Customer Support, since I have never had to contact them, but that's probably the best compliment I can pay for any platform or service.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly can't think of any downsides or dislikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing our end-users, who often travel between offices, the ability to easily install and manage printers in the various different offices we have across the country. Easily able to manage print jobs, monitor status and update drivers from our end as well.
Solid Cloud Printing Solution
What do you like best about the product?
The solution has been easy to implement, and more reliable than our previous solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not aware of any downsides to the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our servers are primarily in Azure, not on-prem, so we needed a cloud-based printing solution.
Printerlogic makes printing easy!
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to setup printers and deploy them to staff so easily. Printer logic has all the web portals available in one spot so troubleshooting issues is simple. It was a quick and easy switch over from Azure and you barely have to touch it once its setup. We only use it to setup more features for our staff as the printers require little to no maintenance for consistent use.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have run into some issues with Azure integration for logins but overall it has been easy to have workarounds or solutions implemented.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The organization of printers and the ability to setup key features so easily are the most important things to our team. You can easily see what printers are color or duplex so staff can see exactly what they need. We have different types of printers and they have all worked flawlessly with printerlogic
Great Product!
What do you like best about the product?
They allowed us to move away from our on site print server
What do you dislike about the product?
Deploying to end-users. But that isn't really their fault, the issue is our legacy infrastructure
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We got to remove our on prem server
Impeccable service
What do you like best about the product?
It has been great so far. Impeccable service. The options it provides with Printer drivers and profile enablement is very admin friendly. The tool itself is very simple and with its SaaS feature, it has added cherry to the cake.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pull Print Costs : The cost quoted is a bit too high and hence we have not gone with this feature. Seeing the excellent support with other features, i hope we can negotiate on this
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Print Management
Simple, configurable cloud printer repository
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease-of-use from the end user perspective -- simply click to install a printer and be prompted to make it your default. Configuration from the admin side is likewise pretty easy yet very powerful as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dependency on a browser extension can be a bit of an annoyance as users may not know that it needs to be manually enabled on first use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vasion Print solves the issue of standardizing printer settings and names across the board by allowing adminstrators to set sane defaults and the service automatically refreshing the names and configs for printers. Previously, users were manually installing printers and giving them all sorts of names that made things confusing for IT staff and wacky configurations that wasted paper and ink.

What do you dislike about the product?
The process for expansion -- adding hardware -- could be quicker and easier.

Allocating printers to staff based on department and location have saved a great deal of time.
