Definitely functional, not convinced about usefullness.
What do you like best about the product?
It definitely works. It's dead simple to set up and another layer of protection that reduces the number of scams reaching inboxes.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of false positives. I'm not entirely convinced of its usefulness
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been using Impersonation Protection for about a month now. About 30% of the time we get false positives, typically when a user is forwarding something from their personal email to their work account which is somewhat annoying. That said, the service has prevented a good amount of fairly obvious scams that should be targeting HR (though typically aren't) trying to get the targeted user to change the direct deposit information of the person being impersonated.
