Robust Email Security with Easy Setup

What do you like best about the product?
I like that the mail logs are easy to review and the search capability works well, allowing me to search on various items such as the to address, from address, subject, and even email content. The search capabilities make it easy to track possible malicious emails, grab similar ones, and take action, such as deleting them from everyone's inbox. Setup was extremely easy, and we managed to do much of the work without additional help by using the online support knowledge base from Barracuda. We haven't regretted the move to Barracuda Email Protection since it made sense to integrate it into the same system as Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud backup.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes going to 'Incident Response' the search there finds nothing, even though I am searching for the same email. This search has improved recently though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Barracuda Email Protection to ensure email encryption, prevent Business Email Compromise and Impersonation, and block spam and phishing emails. It protects our inbound and outbound emails effectively.

It blocks thousands of unwanted emails every hour of the day.

I wish there was a Fedramp Moderate/Equivalent variant of this product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email spam volumes aren't getting any smaller, so having something like this is essential.

What do you like best about the product?
I especially like the effectiveness in blocking phishing and malware and the simplicity of management, with a clear console and centralized controls. I also greatly appreciate the speed of threat detection and the ease with which I can monitor and intervene in case of incidents.
What do you dislike about the product?
yes, some advanced settings could be made more intuitive and the reporting could be more detailed and customizable

I use Barracuda Email Protection to protect company email from phishing, malware, and spam, improving overall security. I like its effectiveness in blocking these threats and the ease of management, with a clear console and centralized controls, as well as the speed of threat detection.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Barracuda Email Protection effectively blocks real threats without adding unnecessary complexity. Common tasks like reviewing quarantined messages or adjusting policies can be done quickly without layers of configuration. The initial setup was straightforward and well guided, with clear documentation and onboarding steps, making it easy for our team to get the solution deployed and protecting email quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
Very granular, easy to use, interface. Stops many threats before they have chance to get into user's inboxes. Very easy to implement and get running. Easily integrates into your stack.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be nice to be able to search message content like could when appliance based.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Barracuda Email protection keeps spoofing, phishing and spam to a minimum. Can set up custom rules to further stop threats.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use the platform as its very intuitive to use, The customer support has been fantastic. It has a lot of features built in and is easy to integrate into other domains. It was easy to implement already and allows for you to copy settings from other solutions to get setup. We use this daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
At time s the platform can be a bit slow in my opinion but other than that no security issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Barracuda Email Protections allows us to defend on an email front by utilizing lots of security rules.

What do you like best about the product?
A hybrid cloud and on-premises solution is available, with granular controls and verification options.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can at times be slow to filter large amounts of messages and will not detect social engineering attacks as efficiently as our endpoint protection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prevents thousands of spam messages from coming through each day.

What do you like best about the product?
It’s an extra layer of protection that helps combat spam and email spoofing.
What do you dislike about the product?
My least favorite part of this feature is that I can’t add a legitimate email address and have it approved directly; instead, I have to go through several different steps.

It has given me back time to tackle other things.

Great 365 Integration with Strong Phishing and Impersonation Protection

What do you like best about the product?
Barracuda with 365 integration has been great for us. It does a pretty good job of catching phishing attempts and provides solid impersonation protection. We also really like the spooling feature in case 365 happens to go down.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the new UI. other than that things are fine
