Cloudkeeper ran a structured, well-architected review of our GCP environment across security, cos, reliability, performance, operations and sustainability. The Team explained the access they needed clearly and narrowed the permission scope when we asked. Their insights sheet gave us practical, prioritized actions, especially on rightsizing, snapshot cleanup, and fixing the scope of an existing commitment.

What do you dislike about the product?

The review produces a very large number of findings, so our team has to put in real effort to filter and prioritize them. Scheduling across time zones took a few rounds early on. The team adjusted quickly once we gave feedback.

Cloudkeeper gives us an independent, expert view of our GCP cost and architecture. The review identified estimated savings of about USD 3,400 per month, mainly from rightsizing, disk and snapshot cleanup, and correcting the scope of an existing commitment. It also gave us a clear list of reliability and operational improvements to work through.

Their Well-Architected Review highlighted around $3,400 in potential monthly savings, along with security risks and areas that need attention. This gives us a clearer picture of where we can optimize costs, prioritize security improvements, and make better decisions about our cloud infrastructure.

We do have a conversation with CK team (Vishu and Rohit), in the call they explained everything about the security, cost optimization, war with accurate information and with detailed report that is helped us to understand the scenario with pros and cons.

Nothing at all, everything seems too good only.

Their support is excellent, they help us with most events involving AWS overage usage that went unattended. With their assistance, we solved our case and finally got an AWS refund process. We had an issue with Cognito overusage that went unattended because of a wrong call to the Cognito API with MAU counted, resulting in charges of more than 1000 USD per day. We asked if we could get a refund, and the support was very kind and helpful. We got a refund afterward. Thanks.

Our experience with CloudKeeper has been very positive. The team has brought valuable expertise around AWS cost optimisation and has helped us improve visibility and control over our cloud expenditure.

One of the areas we appreciate most is CloudKeeper’s ability to identify opportunities for cost optimisation, rightsizing and more effective utilisation of AWS resources. This provides practical insights that help us make informed decisions while maintaining the performance and reliability of our AWS environment.

Overall, the cost advantage for customers is smaller compared with competitors. Customers also don’t get AWS organizational access and related features, which is a setback.

They do an excellent job with customer support, and their services have been excellent as well.

Nothing in particular. In fact, they go out of their way to proactively interface with our clients (AWS) and help us solve the issues at hand.
