What do you like best about the product?
Cloudkeeper has great support, with people ready to help whenever we need it. From handling reservations to sharing insights about the instances, they consistently monitor everything and provide useful data. They’ve helped us save a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such , can't find anything that is dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cloudkeeper helps us keep our cloud bills low, and they act as a mediator between us and AWS. They also provide updates on our usage and point out what we’re doing wrong, so we can correct it.

What do you like best about the product?
Prompt action from the team to connect with the AWS support engineers. I would explicitly call out Himanshu, Pranav and Malay from the cloudkeeper team for expediting the process which helped us in sorting out our deliverables.

There is nothing as such to be disliking about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Expediting our technical support with cloud services.
Clear, Insightful FinOps Recommendations with Better Visibility Than the GCP Console
What do you like best about the product?
As an SRE/DevOps Engineer, I primarily use Cloud keeper to review the tuner’s recommendations and to look at the way the data is presented. The representation is clear and gives me better visibility than the GCP console.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven’t found any downsides to using Cloudkeeper.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I mainly rely on Cloudkeeper for its data representation and the tuning recommendations, which have helped us improve our FinOps efforts at RevSure.

Very good technical support in AWS. They are knowledgeable about cost optimization and can help with security-related issues as well.

Not much to add—everything’s been good so far. Everything seems OK here while using Cloud Keeper.

Cost optimization, security concerns, WAR report, and AWS issues.
