"A well-rounded social media management tool"

What do you like best about the product?
Since I've been using eclincher it for two years, I've been really delighted with how user-friendly it is, how frequently new features are added, and how well my account manager and the support staff can assist me. The features that I use the most are Publishing, Smart Inbox, and Reports. I have always found them to be reliable and continuously becoming better with new releases. Sprout Social Time is also notably excellent at incorporating user feedback into its updates and enhancements. I use Sprout religiously and spend at least two hours there each day, so I can't really complain about the app.
What do you dislike about the product?
Fortunately, I use this primarily on my laptop even though I don't get along with the mobile app and think it's less user-friendly than the desktop version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout tags and campaigns allow us to report on specific content themes, events, or products. We can also keep track of any mentions of our brand on social media and respond to them all from one location. Finally, teams can provide customer service by using the Smart Inbox. All brand accounts are conveniently located in one location, and publishing to one or more of them at once is made simple.

What do you like best about the product?
eclincher is essential to our social media plan. It enables us to concentrate our efforts on the things that matter most to our brand and optimize our process. With the help of deeper analytics, it offers a way to continuously optimize all activity and be more proactive with our content strategy.

The fact that our business can accomplish everything through a single, user-friendly interface has saved us a great deal of time. We never would have thought that we could set out time for social media listening. Additionally, because Brandwatch powers it, we have access to strong analytics that enable us to analyze trends and conversations surrounding our brand and the larger industry, enabling us to make informed decisions.

Furthermore, they provide the best customer service available; having live chat assistance from informed, kind, and helpful people around-the-clock is priceless.

What do you dislike about the product?
As with any other platform, there's the odd problem. For instance, sporadically occurring posts that fail to publish for no apparent reason or losing access to specific channels due to infrequent manual reconnection. When problems do occur, though, the customer support staff is always the finest source of guidance on how to resolve them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to using eclincher, we had a few issues that needed to be resolved. These included: finding a way to use social listening to engage audiences and broaden brand reach; centralizing the social management workflow to grow the brand online and be more proactive with our content strategy; spending too much time using social media tools natively without having a mechanism in place to measure sentiment; and needing to be able to measure everything we did in order to demonstrate the effectiveness of a campaign.

What do you like best about the product?
eclincher's customer support team is top -notch! Whenever i've had an issue or a question, they've been quick to respond (typically less than 1min) and incredibly helpful in resolving any issues . i use eclincher to create content,schedules and publish it to all our social accounts. They have a free trial if you like to test it.
What do you dislike about the product?
not really! easy interface and very reponsive.

We are facing the challenge of effectively communicating and eclincher came through with effective benefits and features of thier plaftorms.

What do you like best about the product?
The analytics reports have helped me gain valuable insights into my social media strategy. being able to track engagement,being able to track engagement,monitor growth, and identify trends has been instrumental in refinng my approach and achieving better results (brand awareness and more engagement). we use it to publish posts and respond to people using thier inbox .

nothing really, they are responsive and they have a great product

As a small business owner, eclincher has been a game_changer for me .it"s affordable ,easy to use, and packed with all the tools i need to maintain a strong presence across multiple social media accounts. They also offer great customer support with live chat

What do you like best about the product?
For us it has been an amazing tool, helping us save time, be organized and to get the reporting needed to keep us and our clients informed. Very easy to use, but their main asset in my opinion is the quick customer service via chat and the ease with which they solve my concerns. Haven't seen a company run like this in a long time. Good for them!
What do you dislike about the product?
At the beginning it can be a little intimidating, but if you get one or two live sessions with them, not only you will understand how to take advantage of it better plus learn about the many tools available that you might not even know you had access to. We are at the agency level now and so far, our number one tool to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It combined multiple tools into one, but to be honest, out of the many solutions we tested out there, their customer service and staff is simply superb. I like answers to my concerns promptly because it lets us be efficient with our own clients. Facebook and Google could learn a lot from EClincher's leadership team and how they have implemented their system.

What do you like best about the product?
For the past few years, my experience with eclincher has been nothing short of exceptional. This tool has become an indispensable asset in enhancing my work efficiency. One amazing aspect is their exceptional 24x7 customer support, which I think is second to none.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using eClincher for a couple of years now, and they've been a vital part of my work. I use it every day. Just imagine how much time it will take to post to all social media sites using several business accounts. Not to mention my clients'. But thanks to them, my business runs like clockwork. I just connect eClincher to all my social media account and add my content to a queue, and they'll be posted in the schedule I set.

The best part is the customer support. It's unrivaled, in my opinion. If I have a question, a complaint or if I simply want to whine about a feature they changed, I can reach someone in an instant. I highly recommend them, especially if you're a heavy social media marketer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hope eClincher keeps things uncomplicated. Sometimes, more features doesn't always mean better. There are still ways to improve. It's not that easy to use if you're new to the site. There's a learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
eClincher gives me back my time and removes the drudgery of having to keep my social media accoounts updated.
