Best customer service!
What do you like best about the product?
Where most other services offer only a chat that doesn't always respond, I have the email and phone number of "my" contact, Stan as well as a chat that always seems to be available and very helpful and informed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love to see an info icon on the features menu to explain what each feature is and does.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instagram and Facebook came out with their new Creator platform (which does transfer to eClincher) and now allows video and photo in the same carousel--but I didn't get an alert from eClincher to tell me that.

Robust East To Use
What do you like best about the product?
Pretty straightforward and easy to use. The pricing is very competitive, especially for additional users. And that it has a reports feature is a big advantage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at this time. We've only been using it a short time, so we'll have to see if anything arises.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Like most others, we can blast to multiple social media platforms from one place and not have to log in to each every time one of our team wants to post. The Hashtag suggestion tool is handy also.
Great for Agencies
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of switching between profiles.
What do you dislike about the product?
The authentication can be a bit tricky at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am posting for 10 different clients all within the same agency. I can easily schedule everyone in the same place and get notifications in one platform.
Great Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Working with eclincher was easy, and transparent. As a small business owner, I needed something that I could scale easily with and not have to continue changing platforms.
I loved their scheduler, simple notation of fun holidays related to social posts, and their catalogue.
They made it easy for newer users to navigate, and loved being able to share content with clients to approve on their own specific landing page.
The brands profiles are easy to switch between as well.
Definitely recommend.

It wasn't as easily accessible on mobile, but at this point it wasn't some I really needed or wanted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scaling my business, and allowing clients access to approve content.

wish we could post multiple images to Instagram through the eclincher portal

having saved responses and hashtags makes posting much easier.
Brilliant social platform - the best I’ve used!
What do you like best about the product?
Brilliant customer service, though I rarely need them - the interface is simple and easy to use and gets my scheduling done in a pinch.
What do you dislike about the product?
I guess at first the time/date selection process takes a little getting used to, but once you've mastered it it's actually really handy for scheduling repeat posts and keeping an eye on exactly when they start and stop being published.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use eclincher for scheduling my own social media posts and that of all my clients too. It's far better than Hootsuite, even better than Buffer!

eClincher is Essential for Social Media Managers
What do you like best about the product?
eClincher has the most functionality out of any social media management applications I've used. It's easy and I'm able to manage several accounts for several different businesses in one spot.
What do you dislike about the product?
The website UI could be improved. Also the iPhone and Android apps look outdated. The "Push notification to post to Instagram" function through the app has never worked for me using the Android or the iPhone app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to schedule posts for over 10 clients in one spot. I also realized that eClincher has Canva integration so I can create images for my posts in one area. Also the approval system helps me get feedback from clients.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're managing social media accounts for three or more clients, I recommend getting the Agency plan. You're able to bundle accounts under Brands. If you're working on posts for one client, you can select their Brand and only see their social profiles. Before using the Agency eClincher plan, I have mistakenly selected the wrong client social accounts when posting. With Brands in the Agency plan, I've never had that happen again.

The ability to send approvals to clients

That Facebook knows that I am using the program.

Time saver. Also, a great dashboard to see all ads in one place.

I wish it were easier to target audiences and craft content for each channel specifically.

I'm solving how to most efficiently use eclincher. Support on eclincher is great!
Doesn't work all the time otherwise easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I can like comments directly within the program instead of having to go to Facebook and there are saved replies that are fairly easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all the comments show up. Most days I have to recheck comments on Facebook to make sure I didn't miss any.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a lot quicker than using Facebook and I can look at several different social media accounts at once.
