What do you like best about the product?
How quickly the tech department addresses any issues and concerns
What do you dislike about the product?
the post-approval process is cumbersome and some of the options are hard to find

saving a ton of time and helps with staying organized and on topic.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and modern navigation style, can use for every social media channels, allows for many profiles, really good price and offer all the features you need. The easy to use scheduler and practical calendar view.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only better seamless when switching profiles. Other than that, nothing. I did my trials on a few software and this one is even easy to setup for a quick trial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Schedule post via mobile and desktop is so easy now. Never having to go to individual channels at all. The many social profile are really great and main problem for small businesses with many social media channels that has small budget. For such great value, the analytics is super flexible and provide useful and easy to understand insights.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just choose this one. No changing software anymore and just focus on managing your social channels.

User friendly, customer service, integration with various platforms

renewing the tokens doesn't make sense to me

Saving lots of time scheduling my posts a week in advance and biggest benefit I'm spending less time on social media wasting time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't look at price and think it is too expensive without trying. Once I started using, I clearly saw the value!

eclincher makes my Social Media Handled!

What do you like best about the product?
I like that with the eclincher platform, I am able to prepare in advance all my social media channel posts to go out weekly. Mine post-Monday thru Friday on certain channels like Instagram. I also have then posted twice a day on Instagram.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the monthly price of $59.00 was better but I do understand the cost of their platform. I also look at the times saved by using clincher vs doing it how I used to post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have all the posts for all the Social medial channels that are important to me post when I want them and need them to post in advance vs worrying or forgetting to manually post them. So time Savings, function, organized and more.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the look of the interface and the ability to see all posted and scheduled content. Very user friendly/
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that I cannot tag other users in photos or add image descriptions on Twitter from Eclincher. I also wish that I was able to post Twitter threads.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Eclincher allows my team to have a better view of past/upcoming content. Being able to assess the type of content missing from our plans has helped a lot with our content creation prep and workflow. I also love the content approval option for managing someone else's work- this clears up a lot of messages that can sometimes get lost in Slack direct messages.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the visual calendar and the suggested holidays to celebrate with social media followers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Eclincher is very clunky. It takes a long time to load, it has certain strange rules regarding linked Instagram and Facebook accounts. Multiple times it has notified me that something I scheduled has been posted when it has not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's nice to have a streamlined place to view all of our social media accounts across the multitude of brands we operate.
