It does glitch sometimes, unfortunately.

Eclincher makes it easy to manage multiple social media accounts at once - and their reporting features are great

eClincher Makes Managing a LOT of Channels a Lot Easier!

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can build queues and get much of our content scheduled ahead of time, and easily see what is coming up in a visual calendar.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside of using eClincher is that it is not 100% on pulling in every message or comment from every platform, but the benefits outweigh by far, so I am happy, but I do have to manually check my inboxes here and there to make sure I haven't missed any engagement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With eClincher, we have greatly reduced the sheer time it takes to manage 6 different social platforms, schedule posts, and respond to engagement.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There is a learning curve in order to get the full value of the product by utilizing all of the available features. If you are tech-savvy, you will do well with this tool and it will benefit your company!

All the reviews from different social media channels are all in one inbox. It would be nice to be able to filter the messages by social media channel.

What do you like best about the product?
We previously used another company and we were drawn to eclincher because they offered more social channels. The bucket features they offer have helped tremendously.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far we haven't found any downside to eclincher compared to other companies we've used in the past. We're very pleased with the service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have 12 social channels that we were managing. With eclincher, we have been able to consolidate the management of those channels. Other companies didn't let us do as much as eclincher has.

The best tools to publish content, manage interactions and analyze results on social media

What do you like best about the product?
Analysis and reporting features. Eclincher is the only platform that met our needs in terms of inbox analysis. All interactions received on the pages of the brands we manage are collected by the platform so that we can analyze them in detail later. Automated reports are available, but there is also a world of possibilities in terms of data visualization in custom reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
It may take some time to get used to the interface, which differs greatly from Facebook. This adjustment period was the biggest hurdle for our team, but after a few weeks everyone was up and running.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralize community management for several dozen pages. With a single click community managers can switch to another profile.
Data visualization can be very time consuming if done manually in data processing software like Excel. Eclincher's graphs are quickly generated and always up to date. We always have access to a dashboard as well as past and current reports.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easy it is to schedule posts through eclincher, it's my favorite feature. I've tried similar tools in the past and I always go back to eclincher.

The mobile interface could be better, that's the only improvement that I'd recommend.

Simple Social Automation, Great for Agencies

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use—adding accounts is a simple process, and since I work for a marketing agency, that simplicity is key because we're always onboarding new clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
One feature I miss from my prior agency, which primarily used Sprout Social, is recommended times for scheduling posts. Right now, if you want to know when to post, you have to look in the report to find an ideal time for that particular client/platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making sure client social posts go out when they're supposed to go out and that we have visibility/reporting access

Solid Social Media Management Platform

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy its simplicity and intuitive interface. The Inbox is a great way to monitor comments and messages all flowing in from multiple channels. Their customer service is very attentive and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with any technology that is constantly changing, there are sometimes bugs that pop up. Most get fixed quickly, however, some issues take a bit longer, though they are good about providing workarounds.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I manage multiple locations' social media pages, and eClicher makes it easy to monitor their activity. Publishing makes it easy to plan out posts and see what's coming. Their campaign tags make it easy for me to report on custom metrics through their Analytics tools.
