What do you like best about the product?
Seeing what post gets results and then duplicating with the click of a button and of course less time spent posting and connection to Canva
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to add just the additional sites you needed verses buying 5 more for add on

One of the best social media scheduling tools out there!
What do you like best about the product?
Easy inbox management and publishing calendar views.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytics could be more comprehensive and informative.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work for an agency that manages multiple client social media accounts across multiple platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter. Eclincher makes it easy to manage multiple brands and multiple platform profiles for each brand.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you manage multiple clients and social profiles, you won't regret using Eclincher!
Packed full of features and very well priced, interface isn't so pretty
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to have a client approval page that doesn't require specific logins for the client. Just create and share a URL and they have the ability to see all the posts, edit, comment, approve or reject. Out of the many apps I tested, eClincher had the most features for what it cost and included Google My Business integrations where many didn't.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface can be a little awkward at first, it's not an app that's exciting or satisfying to use compared to others that obviously invest a lot in UI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing multiple client social media profiles from one place, creating content quickly and getting client approvals that feed straight back in. It saves time and effort. Previously we would write up posts in a word doc for approval and then re-create them in social media tools like Hootsuite.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take time to understand the process of creating posts across different profiles, once scheduled it can be a little time consuming to bulk edit.
Powerful, comprehensive, all-in-one social media management
What do you like best about the product?
eClincher is extremely user-friendly, with an intuitive layout, easy navigation, and a top-notch support team that always responds right away.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are very few things I dislike about Clincher to be honest. One minor nitpick is that the dropdown menus on their desktop platform sometimes interfere with the text box that I type into.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work as part of a social media team at a marketing agency. eClincher has replaced at least 3 different platforms to provide an all-in-one, comprehensive tool that helps us meet the needs of all of our clients. Plus, it's approval tool for external users offers a great way to share social media content with people who don't use eClincher, all in a very simple way.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get the Agency plan, it has all the features, bells, and whistles you'll need for managing social media clients!
Subpar tool with a difficult process to cancel. Avoid at all costs
What do you like best about the product?
The tool was okay while we used it until messages started to not come in from Facebook which was an issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's no option to cancel our account online. You must start a live chat and then they try to force you into setting up a call to cancel. Terrible experience and would not recommend this tool.

Eclincer allows us to reply easily to dynamic ads on Facebook.

What do you like best about the product?
Love that, when using this software, I can work out a month's worth of posts. It's linked to canva, which is useful. The hashtag suggestion generator is another useful tool that's simple to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to see the draft posts on the schedule as well in a different color - then I could pre-populate and fill later when blogs are published, event landing pages are posted, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The token is a little confusing because I utilize two accounts that are linked.

There's some insights missing for instagram (details per post : likes, comments, shares, saved).

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to see the schedule of all my posts on a monthly calendar.
What do you dislike about the product?
Push notifications never work. They don't pull over the caption that was written to begin with and I always have to redo the post in the app itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to manage multiple clients at once and pull reports on how their social media is performaning.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need to be posting multiple photos on instagram posts often, I would recommend looking somewhere else for the time being until they can make that part better. Otherwise it is a good platform for managing multiple accounts.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the sectioned out portions of eclincher, it makes it easy to stay organized!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish eclincher loaded a bit faster, I often find myself working a bit faster than the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving customer service problems by getting back to my social media accounts faster, I have realized that a benefit to the system is staying notified when people are commenting/messaging

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of reporting, you can download or visually analyze any report in minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that we cannot consolidate different accounts into one report and have to download multiple reports is a little time consuming
