Great Tool That Seems to Keep Growing

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to schedule and queue up my social content. Plus it's great to manage multiple profiles. I really love how I can create a curated queue of things my team creates, but that we can also easily share our favorite partners' content too.

I've used a few different tools and eClincher is my favorite because of the ability to do so so much with one tool. The support is fantastic!
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not completely intuitive, but the videos are usually helpful. If that doesn't work, the staff is always very helpful! Sometimes the scheduler seems a little clunky, but nothing too bad. Just takes some learning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm part of a small marketing team and it's really streamlined our social efforts along with engagement! It probably helps me save at least 5 hours a week in posting and scheduling alone.

Easy to plan ahead

What do you like best about the product?
I like the visual calendar feature the best! It makes planning a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the token issues. If you get logged out somehow, it can be hard to get it logged back in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems were splicing is having our team being able to collaborate together in posts and having them get approved by the correct chain of people. The benefits are that more eyes are on the posts and it helps them get better and better.

What do you like best about the product?
The customer service is great. If a feature doesn't work, they'll keep in contact with you and let you know your request's status. The features offered are pretty great, as well. Scheduled reports and the ability to really give clients what they need with a publishing resource.
What do you dislike about the product?
Publishing multiple photos on Instagram at once is a pain. It's realistically easier to have them on your phone already and copy the post from elsewhere if you're posting on multiple platforms.
Some FAQ or directions from the help section can be somewhat lacking, as well. But, once again, the customer service can help you with that, and they're very responsive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest benefit is to have everything in one place. Being able to automate custom reports and send them out is huge.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's worth checking out. I've used some other platforms and while they all typically have benefits and faults, eclincher has seemed to be the most complete.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use and it's one of the few programs that allow you to post on a personal account as well as a business account. There is a very long list of things I love about it. If your wondering it probably does what you need it to do. I think I found out about it when it was a smaller platform. Since then it has come a long way and I am over the moon about all its features. The team is great and I cant get enough of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing it's amazing! There isn't a single thing I don't like about it. Great support, great functionality, fair price. I can not tell you have much I love this program. It does everything I want it to do and more. Its able to expand and contract with your business
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can manage a ton of social media accounts at once and the tools it offers allow me to do everything I need.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just do it. Stop looking at alternatives. This has everything you need and more at a great price.

What do you like best about the product?
I liked the simplicity of the platform and the social features that were available at the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost went up when I was using it. I also noticed that the mobile app was nothing like the desktop site. There were features on each that weren't available on the other. I just couldn't take it any longer and canceled my subscription.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling social media posts across several different platforms. They had scheduling available for platforms that no other scheduling platform had.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would not recommend eclincher to others. I was really disappointed with the inconsistency of mobile vs. desktop. I needed all features available on both and it just did not deliver.

Everything you need for Social Media Management, but at an affordable price

What do you like best about the product?
I previously had one of eclincher's competitors so I really like that it was nearly half the cost of Sprout with the same functionality and even a little more. eclincher's versatile suite of tools for scheduling posts, suggesting hashtags, and creating auto queues are some of my favorite feature with the auto queues allow me to cycle through evergreen content for the corporate brands I manage. I also really enjoy eclincher's Pinterest integration. Prior to switching over to eclincher, I didn't have Pinterest support which required me to schedule Pinterest outside of the app.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have a number of clients that are big on Tik Tok, but eclincher unfortunately doesn't yet support it. That said, in reaching out to their customer support team, they did said they are expected to get in the near future which is reassuring. Otherwise, eclincher is a fairly comprehensive social management tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm a lot more efficient in selecting suggested hashtags thanks to their suggested hashtag feature. In addition, the ability to streamline my social media posting across channels in a single app is a big game changer in streamlining efficiency of posts for all my clients.

What do you like best about the product?
Eclincher is a social media marketing management tool that provides full control over the information and helps in managing the online accounts associated with channels. Eclincher has great customer services and I appreciate their quick response every time. Now I can easily handle my campaigns and keeps me up to date any new blogs, reviews and videos, so that I can ensure my involvement with customer and better engage them.
What do you dislike about the product?
No doubt it is an effective tool to collaborate with your customers, but it still needs some modification. If I talk about emails, it is not so good in handling them, it do not provide any templates to respond to your customers quickly, neither it offers any automation tool for the saving of most repetitive sentence for future needs, thus its bit clingy tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Eclincher has brought me closer to my customers because their involvement suggest s me where I stand. It provides me easy searching through key words hash tags across my web, thus it is a time saving tool.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are tired of your hectic routine and needs a friendly tool to manage your communication with customers and work flow, then this is the key to your success, because there is everything you need to have effective management of social media.

Offers So Much For Great Value

What do you like best about the product?
I love EClincher. There is so much for the price, so you get an amazing value. you can schedule your social media posts with more options than I've found in other suites, plus an INBOX to monitor your brand and socials. You can directly post from Pocket and Feedly. Scheduling and Queues. The options go on and on. I've never seen a suite offer so much. They also have on site 24hr live chat help in case you have any questions or run into an issue. For the most part, they've been outstanding. Try it out! you'll love it!

Overall I have had no problems. When I run into an issue they are quick to resolve it for me and help.

many options. I am solving content creation, curation, engagement, monitoring, so much more
