What do you like best about the product?
The support is second to none. What other social media management tool has a support team on chat that answers nearly instantly, escalates your case automatically if they're unsure - also instantly - and actually incorporates features that users ask for? I have personally asked for features that have been implemented, and in their emails - which are not spammy - they say that they take user feedback and requests and just make it happen. That's why there's so much good in this program. I love the hashtag generators, the visual calendar, the mobile IG preview, THE ANALYTICS omg, social listening, Google My Business posting, Feedly and Pocket integration...first comment, automatic IG posting, the ability to schedule workflows for posts approvals. Canva integration. Stock photos integration. Giphy. Create campaigns for specific analytics. I am so impressed by all of the capabilities of this tool -- every time I think they don't have something I need, I look harder and I find it. There's very little I don't like about it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a little clunkier than, say, Agorapulse or Later. But the features are worth it, and they are continuously updating the site. I guess - and I'm really trying to find something here - when you tag a user in a photo, it doesn't populate suggested names as you're typing, and if you make a typo or get it wrong, it fails to post. If you make sure you have the right username ahead of time, it won't be a problem. Also you can't schedule Instagram stories... yet. But if users are requesting it, I'm sure it's coming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So many - I have detailed above. And this isn't incentivized. I just really love this product.

What do you like best about the product?
This tool has everything you'll need. We tested a lot of tools and it is by the most robust and complete tool in its price category.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be nice to include the translation of Tweets and customization/ fine tuning channels without duplication.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving a few, but most importantly, client approval process as well as social listening/ monitoring and publishing. We also heavily rely on the tool for reporting and analytics.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Their support is very active and quick, any questions that you can't figure our simply pop into the live chat and they'll likely have it fixed for you in no time.

Economy and functionality in the administration of social networks.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a very necessary tool and it undoubtedly has many advantages, it allows to produce white label reports where illustrated statistics are shown with its graph. Its integration with other tools is surprising, which allows you to have a single panel to monitor the activities you are going to do. Its configuration is very simple because it admits its integration with most of the profiles of social networks, in addition its Chrome extension gives it a great advantage since you can schedule your publications in your social network accounts almost immediately and although not This feature is unique, it represents a great time saver.
What do you dislike about the product?
eClincher has presented certain occasional problems when publishing on some social networks, however, its interface and navigation is not the best and the sizes of its sources are very difficult to read in my opinion it should be more ingenious, since this takes time trying to get acquainted with this tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use eClincher as a tool for managing publications and for interacting with a wide range of accounts in social networks. It has been very efficient especially when we recycle the publications, this is done automatically. I use the team member function, with which I add other colleagues allowing work together and in a very efficient way, providing the opportunity for collaboration and exchange of ideas that help the platform work much better. In addition, both me and the work team use it very frequently for content programming, follow the content and verify the keywords. I found it very efficient in terms of time use.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you really do not have a large budget, it is truly a great option to have a really reasonable price, being very ideal for any company that manages multiple social platforms, who want to have a macro view of all social activity, with which they can program , make publications, make attractive reports among other things. It is an excellent program that has been a vital part of our success for us. In particular I have used it a little more than two years and let me say that it is a great social management work tool.

What do you like best about the product?
You can manage all your publishing needs in one place. Schedule publications on multiple social networks manage all your social media messages, comments and followers in one place you can get access to a panel of analysis and unlimited reports, "I have tried some social networking programming platforms and eClincher is one of the best , because not only does it allow you to program your social networks, but it also allows you to use them.It is practical not to have to log in to individual accounts every time you want to review notifications.
What do you dislike about the product?
 I think the dashboard is a bit simple but this is not a very important one. The visual calendar should show all the posts on a page and it does not. It is limited to only 10 "feeds" in total, which means that you must be very selective, the price is quite high for a small business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can login and use the drop-down menu to see all our customers at once.
eClincher has an excellent option of automatic queuing and massive loading, it is very easy to use.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I just started using the software, but from my point of view I hope to get an organization for multiple profiles. I recommend you Manage many profiles like Facebook, IG or Linkedin so you will save a lot of time. This tool will help you plan a calendar, organize this part of your business and free up time to do more strategies.On our part, we recommend it because it is fast, very complete and can make your life easier

The best multi tool for Social Media Management

What do you like best about the product?
I love the way they have all the functionalities I need. From Advanced analytics reporting to Monitoring Different feeds that I need to keep myself updated from. eClincher is easy to use and gives better functionality for Publishing to different Platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Data needs to be precise in order for the post to be successfully published. Other than that. The applications is seamlessly perfect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easier to manage my social media account across different platforms. I've also gained the best statistical reports for my competitor.

The Swiss Army Knife of Social Media

What do you like best about the product?
Besides the obvious, like posting and scheduling social channels, you can also preview the post, send it into an internal/external approval (with a client or team commenting) and then, once approved, it auto-populates on your calendar and posts as "approved" and ready to roll. Additionally, you can then find any comments, likes, and shares and react from there. I've looked at probably 20 or so platforms including the biggest names and you can't touch all of the features in this software at this price; that was the show stopper for me - all in one without breaking the bank.
What do you dislike about the product?
This product is truly an all-in-one social management system so it's not really about what features are they missing, but how the user interacts with them. I'm not kidding you, there's so much (great stuff) sometimes I get a bit overwhelmed on how to actually take advantage of it and use it to my advantage. I think the overall UI/UX needs improvement (I hear that happening soon, July 2019) and some more organization on the toolset and how to use it for each channel, I think that would go a long way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I just started paying for the software so my POV is more from what I expect to solve: organization for multiple profiles. I manage many profiles and running around in FB to IG to Linkedin is a time killer. This tool is going to help me plan a calendar, organize this part of my business and free up time to do more strategy and less reacting.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I tried so many platforms and this is the only one that can do everything, post, schedule, approval flows + Social listening, Social Inbox features, Content discovery, iOS app, influencer discovery, and even more if you can believe it. I wanted all of these things but also didn't want to pay 400 or more a month. I have 3 companies and I can't just bill myself 400 bucks, so now, I don't have too and I get everything. Thanks eClincher :)

Amazing! The best social management solution I've used.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the automated queues. I created a unique schedule for each channel based on the best engagement for that channel. Then I set up automatic reposting of each queue, so you can schedule out a whole week in a couple hours, and never miss a day! Whenever you create posts, just add them to all your queues, preview them to make 'em look pretty, and you're good to go!
What do you dislike about the product?
The reports are a little weak and not pretty, but I use a different software for reporting, so that's fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ELIMINATE ALL REPETITIVE TASKS.
1. Create one post for all social channels.
2. Automatically repost everything at least once to test for the best engagement times.
3. Stop feeling guilty for missing a week.
4. Reply to engagement for all channels in one place.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try a basic starter package and test it out. Free images, embedded GIFs, Hashtag database, and so many other included features make it an incredible all-in-one social software.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of adding content to evergreen queues and being able to see at a glance what is going out for each client each day.
I particularly like the customer service. Any issues we've had have been quickly resolved. Whenever we have a need for certain functionality, someone will look into whether it's possible to implement. A couple of suggestions we have made are now part of the standard eClincher functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
Analytics don't always work (no data is pulled through)
We frequently have to refresh the page to show the correct content for each client and to make changes to team members otherwise error messages appear.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has saved us time and money by being able to schedule content for 30+ clients' social media platforms. What we can offer clients has increased due to be able to schedule to instagram and google my business.

What do you like best about the product?
What i love is they always take my advice and implement new features. They are ahead of the curve from other systems I have used. Out of them all - Hootsuite, Buffer, etc - I choose eClincher. They are a hidden gem. I also love the analytics and reports!
What do you dislike about the product?
Photo quality is not like Sprout Social, photo editing tool difficult to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My agency can now run more efficiently and we save time on scheduling.

What do you like best about the product?
Having all our social channels in one view, being able to schedule posts and especially posting video and images top Instagram from my desktop.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are glitches in my notifications which can be time wasting.

eClincher has made my life easier, as I can now manage everything from a single platform, even messages.
