The most efficient scheduling tool I have ever used.

What do you like best about the product?
I find scheduling content, the ability to view it either by image or full post looking at the month ahead is excellent. Having to manage multiple accounts, being able to view by account is great as I can see which accounts maybe need more content that particular month.

I also find the feature of scheduling a post to more than one date and to more than one account very useful. It helps me re-use relevant content without twice the work. Ensuring I can work smarter, not harder.

I also like that I can sort my inbox by a variety of filters such as message type, this helps me get to where I need straight away without scrolling through hundreds of messages.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only element of the tool I feel needs work is the social listening elements, I can only seem to see posts from brand accounts rather than customers, which is what I am really wanting to see right now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Only my issue with social listening, though I have been told there is little that can be done at the moment as It is down to the API limitations.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform does the job. It's easy to use and master. Should any issues arise you send a message in the chat box which is responded to timeously. The visual scheduled calendar is good.
What do you dislike about the product?
System does crash, uploading images and other content takes a while and you cannot do anything whilst that happens. Look is outdated, download of stats seems lethargic. Would be great to have numbers rather than graphs when printed out. When the token expires there is no notification other than you realise your posts are not being posted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an all-in-one it's great for scheduling, monitoring (light) and has an approval before publish option.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
No One platform seems to do it all, when you compare platforms in regards cost, eClincher has great value in terms of what it offers

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that I can schedule post ahead of time and use multiple platforms for them to be seen.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like posts to show up on my primary Facebook page. I don't see them?

eClincher - a solid all rounder for social media monitoring, engagement & reporting

What do you like best about the product?
Love the integration of Canva, GIFs and a free image library in the publishing area - really gives you plenty of flexibility and options in terms of being able to create eye catching posts, definitely the most comprehensive I've ever seen in terms of this type of functionality. The analytics side of the platform is also very strong with reporting options for Instagram and LinkedIn in particular being very comprehensive. I'm really impressed with the little workaround they've implemented that allows you to post the same tweet to multiple accounts via automated retweets, this is a real time saver and something that is really beneficial for anyone working in marketing! Finally the platform is priced really competitively and in my opinion is superior to more expensive and established solutions like Hootsuite and Sprout.
What do you dislike about the product?
Functionality wise I think the tool ticks most boxes but in terms of look and feel, it does look a bit clunky and the layout isn't as easy on the eye as tools like Agora Pulse. Would be great if the platform was able to pick up and log posts in your calendar that have been made directly on a social media channel. At some point it would be great to see stats for Instagram and Facebook Stories being accessible from the dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improving how teams within marketing work together to deliver social media content. Previously news, events and marketing were managing their channels independently with different tools leading to unneccessary duplication of work and content not having the impact that it good. Now that we are all on eclincher we are able to improve the coordination of our activity and the effectiveness of our content.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely give them a trial - it's free to test it out so what have you to lose?

What do you like best about the product?
I like the variety of things that are able to be posted.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest thing that I don't like is that you can only book one week out in advance, where other platforms you can schedule out for a month.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It brings more awareness and traffic toward my business.

It is has a variety of content and is great for the travel industry.

What do you like best about the product?
There are a lot of upsides to eClincher like the reporting, extra features to scheduling and publishing content, etc. The pricing is also more than fair for what you get - and the staff are very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
however, there are some big downsides. For instance, the app is very clunky and relies on deleting cookies from the browser a lot - not a big deal just annoying. but the application has lost a lot of our client's work and content. There's not a lot of room for error when it comes to changing things on the fly. The mobile app is also just the worst :(
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
eClincher does solve our "white label" issue in allowing our clients go in and review our content and approve or reject it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
start small scale - try not to have 30+ profiles

What do you like best about the product?
The easy of use. You have to ability important post multi times. Great reports to share with clients that will make you a super hero.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing. Love everything about serves.

Ability to respond to comments from multi accounts. Keeping on top of school media comment is so very important.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to add UTM codes so my agency had the ability to track traffic for our clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was a slow loading time and it often crashed. It was also hard to group clients so we had to triple check we were posting to the right account which tacked on a lot of time when you're managing quite a few clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can track where traffic is coming from through the UTM codes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you aren't doing anything complicated or managing more than a few profiles this is a great product. As an agency I would recommend going to a platform that is able to organize the profiles better.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easy the software is to use. And if you aren’t sure about something they have very responsive support which is huge.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind. I have been using the software for months and have been extremely happy with all the features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I manage multiple companies on social media and eClincher makes it a breeze.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. The mobile app is good and handy. The tool is good in terms of speed as well
What do you dislike about the product?
Instagram posts are very limited, specs of image and everything. Not able to add a description on Twitter for the visually impaired Also, some posts, in general, don't get published. Hopefully, there is a way to make eclincher able to post replies on tweets.
