What do you like best about the product?
Easiest Social Media Tool i ever used. Super User friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Every thing works well, worth of what i paid for.

A gift for the social media manager with multiple clients

What do you like best about the product?
I love how EC has the ability to manage multiple queues where you can post one-time or recycle your posts. When I create content for my clients, I am able to repurpose across channels, by using the copy/paste function into queues, as well as shuffle the order so the content is not stale or repetitive. The new features of hashtags and also the stock photos and GIFs are awesome when I am in a pinch!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are certain times of day where the system is extremely slow. Even a wired connection does not solve this problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using EC to efficiently schedule social media for clients.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely set up queues to get the most out of Eclincher.

Great tool for increasing Engagement

What do you like best about the product?
There are so many handy time-saving tools in eclincher. Then inbox makes it so easy to comment on all our mentions and comments, without having to worry that we missed any. All in one place!! Monitoring keywords and hashtags and the analytics and custom reports really help us plan posts and find influencers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love being able to monitor and post on a mobile device but wish it was a little easier to comment and complete items in the inbox on a mobile device.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being a small company, being able to have one person do monitoring and commenting is a big plus. We've been able to increase engagement and find some great influencers for our products. The analytics and custom reporting make it easy to share with the team.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
eClincher is a great way to cut down on the time you spend monitoring, commenting and posting to social media

Great Social Scheduling Tool

What do you like best about the product?
The eC team is great and always adding new features! The interface is extremely user friendly and a great value for the price. I love that they are extremely responsive with support and welcoming to new feature requests. Great company to work with!
What do you dislike about the product?
eC can run a bit slow at times. As an agency, we have over 100 clients within the system so that may be a factor. While they are working on it now, the Facebook boost post feature is still pretty buggy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to streamline our content scheduling significantly by using eC. Rather than having to go into each social media platform and post natively, this gives us all of the tools needed in one user friendly place.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great value. Do a demo with their team to see all of the features.

What do you like best about the product?
eClincher is easy to use and affordable. One of the best affordable tools I've used in awhile.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. They're always improving so my complaints are minimal.

eClincher helps me create a social calendar and keeps posts organize.

Efficient & Logical

What do you like best about the product?
The layout of eClincher makes all the information I need really accessible and readily available. I really enjoy the user interface. Also the customer service is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
This hasn't happened in a while, but sometimes when I don't delete my cookies, it gets pretty glitchy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to use freelancers to help me manage multiple accounts, while keeping control of all the accounts. When it comes to a software with user permissions, eClincher is the best price for the best functionality.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a test drive. The interface isn't beautiful and flashy, but it's easy to use and very functional.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the price point and the features, I've used just about every SMM software there is and this one is all encompassing!
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not as pretty as other software but honestly, that's not even an issue because it more than gets the job done!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everything from engagement to analysis reports, to social listening --- eClincher does it all!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The price point is fair and buildable, I recommend this software for both the price point and the various features that a SMM agency would need!

What do you like best about the product?
I like that e-clincher is a one-stop-shop for schedule social media. The program is EASY to use, intuitive, organized and awesome!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the way everything gets shifted once its posted onto the platform I have scheduled it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling social media, creating solid content mapped out (I love the visual aspect that allows me to see what I have where)

What do you like best about the product?
I like the automatic queues the best. It allows me to leverage similar content across many profiles, as well as individualized content for each Loan Officer. I like that I can see each piece of content.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how frustrating it is to interact with the site. There are many quick and easy things they could add that would significantly speed up my time, as well as a more visual approach. It's not intuitive, and it seems that their team doesn't include anyone in the industry that actually needs to use this tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need to be able to post on behalf of many different loan officers. It allows me to queue up evergreen content.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. Many of these services can be confusing for some.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to customize the hashtags just for IG . I'd like to say which platform gets hashtags and which do not when scheduling.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I manage quite a few profiles for a small non-profit seeing who has posts ready and who doesn't is great.
