Making Social media a pleasure
What do you like best about the product?
There are so many features to like best but I would have to say my favourite part of the software is its variety of platforms to integrate with. The ease of the integration makes this tool functional and awesome to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software claims to do sentiment analysis which it does however its difficult to get your brands real worth out the tool.
I dislike the fact I can't just add a function as a plugin. This is only a small dislike as there are constantly upgrades and new features being added.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool was procured do the job of an army. We embarked on a fairly big campaign which originally identified a team of 4 people to run with. This team would be responsible for creating content, managing the campaign, being present on all social channels and responding to the media in real-time.
We managed to do this 1 a half a resource who provides rich content across all our social channels as well as reporting on these channels. eClincher is a social team on its own..

Recommendations to others considering the product:
eClincher is the closest bet the "the silver bullet" of social. I looked for over 4 months at tools together with speaking to the various sales teams. This helped me establish the feel of future support and confidence in their product and despite eClincher being the best tool they responded immediatly and were not arrogant like a few other vendors. An absolute pleasure to deal with.

Great Tool for Social Management
What do you like best about the product?
There are great analytic reports available to evaluate your social efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to be able to slightly tweak posts for different social channels.

The need for more time. When you don't have it, Eclincher helps so much!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be sure to post all square images. That is the only way you can post to all platforms at one time.
A great and reliable management platform with a bit of room for improvement

The fact that you can post on IG and the video capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
IG can be a bit touchy. If I tag, usually the post doesn't go out. I HATE the fact that I can't choose tags btw FB and Twitter, that I don't get any FB tags if a Twitter account is selected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's very reliable and easy to use. I also like you can have more than one admin.

It's definitely a solid choice.
Small Business with Big results
What do you like best about the product?
I like that we can pre-schedule all of our social media content in one place. We schedule a week worth of content in one day which is a big relief when it comes to marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can not think of any changes to be made at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have reached more customers, increased our business 8% and have an active participation audience which gives our business more social media presence.
eClincher Saved Our Company
What do you like best about the product?
We love that with onky a team of 5 we could handle 20 high end clients seamlessly and post to ALL of thier media platforms with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
hmmmm .... have to think. There is not much we do not like if anything.

How to schedule and post to Instagram and even blogs with ease. ONE person can take two days out and schedule for the next 60 days for 1o clients and we have ALL the rest of the time to markey, sell and close others!

It is so easy to use and lots of different features to make it an easy tool and no brainer choice for my Business!

If I want to do more than one of the same post in the Queue, then its a copy and paste and upload images - would appreciate a straight copy everything to reproduce

Saving lots of time and reaching people with my message while I do other things in the Business

It's a little tricky to understand initially but when you take the time to get to know how to use it, it's great!

An amazing Social Media Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
eClincher has the widest selection of features and connections of any social media manager software, especially at this price point. They allow you to connect (at the $99 service level) up to 30 social accounts, 10 Anayltics account, plus your bit.ly, feedly, Google Drive, Zendesk, Yelp, and Pocket. Additionally, it comes pre-loaded with connection to Canva, free stock photo services, and gif library. With so many tools its easy to control your every aspect of your social media from one central place.
What do you dislike about the product?
eClincher isn't as aesthetically pleasing as some of the other management programs. This isn't too much of an issue, because the underwhelming appearance gives way to the overpowered functionality of the platform. There are some small issues like laggy screens, bugs in the connection tool, and the feed monitoring could be a little more intuitive or useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instead of logging into each individual social platform, we can have all our accounts in one easy to manage dashboard. This is especially helpful as an agency because we can monitor all our clients in spot.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have (or will have) more than 10 social profiles to monitor, choose eClincher. Unless you willing to foot the bill for some of the "cadillac" level of programs, eClincher gives you the most functionality and profile connections for your money. It is a little light on the whitelabeling ability, so if you plan on whitelabeling, you may want to look at a different program. But, if you plan on monitoring and posting for 20-30 social accounts, then make sure you check out eClincher.
