Fantastic solution for all your social media needs

What do you like best about the product?
The support from the eclincher team is second to none. Their FAQs, videos and guides are brilliant but sometimes youu just need to ask a question. I found the team always accessible and very willing to help. When I had a feature request they agreed it would make sense and added it to the feature request list - imagine my delight when a subsequent release of the software included my feature!
What do you dislike about the product?
I felt the entry level product was still a little too expensive. I have almost phased out my social media work but have one client left. The pricing structure means it's not cost-effective as a one or two client solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
eClincher has saved me an awful lot of time, given me reassurance and even enabled me to go on holiday for a month, safe in the knowledge all my client posts would be scheduled in my absence, and end of month reports would be automatically sent to them. I would estimate the software reduced my workload by at least 50%
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you compare the cost of the software, and the extent of the features, to all the major competitiors (eg Agora Pulse, Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social etc) eClincher wins hands down.

What do you like best about the product?
Support is always there to help, including most holidays.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ability to change UI - i.e. themes or colors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Posting for multiple clients, live posting. We love how eClincher listens to customer feedback and makes changes.

Learn all of the tools available at your disposal - it is constantly growing.

Tried Different Services - eClincher Is The Best By Far.

What do you like best about the product?
Staff is very responsive. If you run into a problem or issue, they respond with a few minutes. If it is something that needs to be handled by the next level of tech support, they tell you. And, will always keep you informed on the progress of your concerns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing... Everyone would like to pay less, but I guess you get what you pay for. It's well worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a one-man shop, I found it difficult to manage multiple accounts. With eClincher I now can add accounts to my business and not worry that I may not have the time to cover them all.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that Instagram hashtags can be saved and reused. Also I really enjoy the social media calendar as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps there are webinars but wish you had webinars that I could review to help me learn all the features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been told that we should not post the same thing on each social media channel. Also, I wish I better understood the social media strategy to gain more followers and eventually encourage people to click on our websites and clal us.

An essencial tool to social media convenience.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to manage multiple social accounts with ease, super handy when you have multiple clients. The visual calendar is also incredible at visualising posts and reposts so not too much is going out in one day. They Eclincher seem to be at the forefront of bringing the new connections in quicker than other SMM platforms such as posting to Instagram.
What do you dislike about the product?
The phone app is not always that great and can be quite buggy at times, especially the Instagram push notifications. Thankfully I don't have to use this much as I tend to only post single photos & videos. I do believe that social media companies themselves don't make integrations particularly easy though and this is where the issues lie and not actually with E clincher. I would also like to see more advances and improvements made on the analytics as well as a drop down to change between brands rather than all channels showing at once for those of us who prefer focusing on one brand at a time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I manage multiple clients social media, having everything in one place is so vital and the time saved due to the convenience is worth the headache, let alone the subscriptions. It has allowed me to think more about the content I'm posting and all the tools that help me schedule, including being able to search for emojis make is such a pleasant experience.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It may not be the most know SMM tool but is certainly the most bang for buck with a team always making improvements. Give it a try and I think most will agree its a lot easier than other competitors.

What do you like best about the product?
It's one tool to go to for posting, communicating and reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
The queue system isn't all that intuitive, but once you get the hang of it, it's very robust.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can minimize the amount of subscriptions I need to pay for and also save time by using one tool for all of our social media management.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get some help setting up your queues. Along with the universal inbox, they are a very powerful feature.

What do you like best about the product?
If I ever have a question, customer service is extremely helpful and responsive. They always take the time to give a detailed answer with links to step-by-step instructions.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful for any publishing platform to have a tool that formats posts for each platform. For example, being able to tag one business across each platform without having to post separately. This may be a pipe dream, though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a notifications process that allows a manager to address each notification and respond or flag makes it easier to keep up with notifications and not miss a single one.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is time-consuming to get started on the platform and connect all accounts, but makes up for lost time when you finally have it set up.

The interface isn't that great looking.

Powerful Social Tool

What do you like best about the product?
Auto post queues, social inbox, custom analytic reports, and the customer service.

Auto post queues are really a game changer. It’s the top feature and reason to get EC.

Staff are very responsive. Every chat I’ve opened was treated with urgency and they were very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of auto save drafts(hit refresh by accident and your in progress work is gone)

User interface is simple. There are a lot of check boxes and options you have to search for sometimes. Once you’re familiar it’s ok but it could use a redesign.

Slow. Sometimes I click to upload or a button and it takes several seconds to open next menu. It’s probably my #1 frustration along with the drafts thing.

I do not use the tool for social listening much. I find the social inbox can miss things because if you are tagged in a photo, that won’t be flagged (due to Twitter/Instagram API limitations)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Auto post queues have allowed me to on-board campaign or always-on generic posts without issue.

Customizability in social inbox and analytics is very helpful.

Custom reports can include only the stats I want to see month over month and include multiple accounts and brands.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you manage more than 3 brands across multiple platforms, this is your tool. Nothing has been better. Being able to save templates and hashtags for posts or auto reply templates makes it a great customer service tool, content manager, and aggregator.

The price is very reasonable compared to other tools with similar features.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to post to all media platforms at once. Google analytics tracking is so much quicker than using each platform's analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all staff have e-clincher because of the cost, so they are unable to see the scheduled posts that are out there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
analytics capability like previously mentioned, quicker posts, no copy and posting needed when scheduling multiple, the insights that are sent out on wkly basis to increase the number of reaches, impressions, engagements, etc to my pages.
