eClincher Just Keeps Getting Better

What do you like best about the product?
No nonsense. Unlike other platforms I've tried and subscribed to, eClincher is so helpful in managing every aspect of my clients online presence from one location. I can easily manage comments, create new posts, and schedule future posts or remarketing campaigns and do so with EVERY social network my clients are on.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially, I found the price to be a bit steep. Especially because I'm a new business, but, as I've grown overt the past two years, I've been able to increase the clients I serve without much of an added expense.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before switching my agency to eClicnher, I was forced to use numerous tools which rarely did the job I needed it to in order to manage my clients effectively and efficiently. The amount of time I save overall is astounding.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Once you try it, you'll be hooked.

Best bang for your buck.

What do you like best about the product?
It's loaded to the gills with features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Outdated UI, but they're refreshing that. The main feature I want to see is the ability to edit posts for multiple platforms simultaneously. This is on their roadmap, though, so I know it's coming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a one-man business, trying to post to 5 channels AND Google My Business several times per week each. eClincher has made that WAY easier for me, in large part because of how easy they make it to amass and recycle evergreen content. I'm able to have separate queues just of recycled content that go out on a schedule in addition to my new posts. They're one of the few platforms I've found (I trialed MANY) that posts to Google My Business. It can also monitor Google reviews, Yelp reviews, and manage YouTube comments. No other platform I found did all three. ZERO, at any price. Speaking of price, for what most platforms charged for 5-10 profiles, eClincher lets you manage 30. THIRTY! The unified inbox is handy. For me, one of the "killer apps" of eClincher is the 24/7 live chat. I have used it to death in getting everything set up the way I want it. I can even post to FB groups I admin as well, which is great. I was able to set up a queue of auto-posts just for groups. That's a huge timesaver for me.

It's a great deal and it keeps improving. I have no regrets on switching.

What do you like best about the product?
I can check all the social media mention and direct messages from one place so I don't forget anything.
also, they update me whenever there are changes in any platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
there is one problem with the e clincher app does not remove messages from the inbox when I have done from them like the website.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
saving time

read the emails they are really helpful, you can find all the tips and the updates so, you can save time.

What do you like best about the product?
eClincher truly is an easy to use product where you can setup posts to post to different social media platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
We review all social media posts as a group and on a really large screen (TV), it can be difficult to read the posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a time saver versus posting to all social media platforms individually and managing each one's analytics individually.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's most bang for the buck of all similar products we found.

What do you like best about the product?
I've appreciated the responsiveness of the customer service team, along with the frequent updates to the platform. I'm able to easily view and track our scheduled posts. The analytics reports have been incredibly helpful in developing and improving our social media strategies.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had a few problems with the interface between eClincher and Instagram, but this seems to originate from the Instagram platform. Recently, eClincher has updated their platform to offer more warnings to help me know as I create a post if it may have an interface issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been able to increase the amount of posting that we do on all platforms. Thanks to the analytics tools, we've become much more conscious the times to post to get optimum engagement. Our engagement has increased across all platforms.

Best Social Media Management Platform

What do you like best about the product?
eClincher connects seamlessly to the major social media platforms. Some major pluses are its queues, its reporting capabilities, and it's RSS feeds. eClicher also has AMAZING customer support. If there is a feature you want, just ask.
What do you dislike about the product?
The hardest part about eClicnher is it's learning curve. eClincher can do so much, so initially, the platform can appear intimidating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So many, it's hard to name. The one thing I can say is that eClincher is a one-stop for me and my boutique agency. I can run reports, find curated content, design images, curate images, all in one platform. This saves me and our team at least 20 hours a week!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just do it - it's easy to use, does everything you want, and the customer service is top notch!

What do you like best about the product?
This is the best single stream social media management platform, it is simple to use, and to add accounts in and works well for the nearly 50 different accounts we manage at any given time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to see some more ways to connect instagram with facebook paces. That is functionality not currently built into the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're reducing the amount of time it takes to go through the social media accounts so we can more quickly respond to customers and categorize their feedback.

This is something that you're going to save quite a bit of time with.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that eClincher allows us to see all of our Social Media accounts on one, easy to navigate feed. It makes it super simple for our agents to keep up with requests from our customers on Twitter and Facebook!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside for us is that there are no desktop alerts for keyword mentions. Our agents have to continually monitor the Keyword Mention feed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our business provides internet service to over 200,000 College students all across the country, These are the most social media savvy consumers. It can be daunting to keep up with the flow of Tweets and DMs coming in. eClincher helps us keep and keep organized.
