A powerful tool for our Help Desk

What do you like best about the product?
I love that eClincher allows us to see all of our Social Media accounts on one, easy to navigate feed. It makes it super simple for our agents to keep up with requests from our customers on Twitter and Facebook!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside for us is that there are no desktop alerts for keyword mentions. Our agents have to continually monitor the Keyword Mention feed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our business provides internet service to over 200,000 College students all across the country, These are the most social media savvy consumers. It can be daunting to keep up with the flow of Tweets and DMs coming in. eClincher helps us keep and keep organized.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to sort through several businesses and manage each social media outlet all on a single platform
What do you dislike about the product?
limited report offerings. Need to implement reports for Google My Business

social networking for 17 restaurants. Time savings is critical.

Easy to Use, Huge Time Saver

What do you like best about the product?
I save a vast amount of time with eclincher. It's easy to use and doesn't take long to set up our regular promotions which then run automatically, I also love the social media inbox which helps me communicate with anyone who engages - no matter where, and it's all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not, so far, found any downsides to eclincher.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the past I would spend one day a week setting up our basic social media effort and then the individual promotions. I rarely had time to actually engage with fans. Now I have more time and have made many many useful contacts through the social media inbox. AS a result our author's street teams have grown, we've been able to interact with readers and our numbers of reviews have increased. Uploading tweets and posts in bulk saves a vast amount of time and I find I use the built in image library a lot, it saves me from having to hunt for images.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it for the full trial period, and don't forget social media is a two way street. The inbox is extremely helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how thorough this software is. I can do everything I want and way more for a reasonable price.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish we could upload multiple images to instagram from the desktop site.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was struggling with reporting metrics back to my manager. eClincher's analytics tools make that so much easier.

Very useful for managing multiple social media accounts

What do you like best about the product?
Stat reporting is especially useful as I can just look at the one dashboard and transfer data to spreadsheets for clients quickly and easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficult & complicated UI, not intuitive at all. Things are difficult to find or not where it would be natural to put them. Also very slow and has to reload between saving posts. The browser add on is so slow to both load & use that I don't use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to manage multiple client social accounts from one dashboard. I'm easily able to transfer stats to reports for clients without clicking around different social platforms.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It looks and feels complicated initially but once you get into a flow for using it, it is better

What do you like best about the product?
I like how well it integrates with Instagram & Google compared to similarly priced products. Instagram is notoriously difficult to use with social media tools and most competing tools won't let you post to google locations. eclincher connects to both very well. Really like the saved replies & hash tag feature too.
What do you dislike about the product?
If we want different images to go to different channels we have to create it as individual posts, rather than be able to choose which image gets pushed out to which channel like you can with some competitors. It's not a huge deal as you can quickly replicate and tweak posts. This is worth putting up with for the other awesome features you get.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quicker to post, easy to track comments and replies.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple, easy to use. Great for managing all our platforms. The reporting is also a big plus point.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the posts that have been scheduled through eclincher don't display well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
eClincher is great for keeping our social accounts active when I'm away from the business.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to create large content libraries and run ad infinitum.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally eclincher does not scrape images from a tweet and these have to be added as attachments. For the services it offers, it is not particularly cheap. $60 per month is lowest price point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing client Social Media accounts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it for a month with one account and then migrate all accounts. Create your assessment criteria and choose the best solution scheduling tool for you and your needs.

What do you like best about the product?
Platform constantly being improved with loads of really handy features. The support team is always easy to get hold of and very helpful. The analytics reports make that side of things really quick and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The phone app can be slow and setting it up with new Instagram accounts can be a bit of a palaver.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having one interface for all social media tasks related to several clients.
