I like that they are constantly adding new features and its user friendly

Easy to learn, simple to use! A near perfect Social Media tool
What do you like best about the product?
With all the tools you need in one place, this is one of the most convenient ways I have to manage my clients profiles and engage with their user base. eClincher makes it easy to schedule and organize posts, even on a tight schedule.
What do you dislike about the product?
eClincher will always try to read and verify links, which is sometimes a lengthy process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All my client's data is in one place at the tips of my fingers. I no longer need to switch from program to program to engage, post, and visualize growth strategies.

Shop around and see which features you or your company needs the most. You will most likely land on eClincher.

What do you like best about the product?
It has everything you need to manage your company's social media channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not a huge fan of their Analytics page. It's a bit basic. I feel like it needs more.

Content scheduling and monitoring feeds.
Great Service for SM Agencies
What do you like best about the product?
I’ve used just about social media agency app and eClincher’s is the most robust featuring everything you need from engagement to scheduling and thorough analysis reports for your clients. Plus the pricing tiers are affordable and fair based on all that you receive!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I can think of is the interface isn’t as aesthetically pleasing as the other SM agency apps I use but that wasn’t a deterrent for me at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everything I needed an SM Agency app all in one!

Give it a try, the price point and features are worth it for a small agency on up!
E-Clincher: Streamlined and Spotless
What do you like best about the product?
When looking for a scheduling platform, I had a lot in mind. I was wary of making any decision but felt like e-clincher had the best interface. I made a great decision! They constantly make great updates too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much really. Sometimes some social media platforms will have glitches, causing some posts to not be scheduled. This isn't really their fault though, they are always quick to update us as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We don't work Friday-Sunday so I need something to effectively schedule social media posts on the days I don't work, which are the most important days to post!

Definitely worth your time considering eClincher, the interface is great and the price is great also.

I love the ability to perform custom analytics for any and all profiles.

Some of the features aren’t as intuitive as other platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
Comprehensive suite of social media automation, engagement, and analytics. Excellent customer support. Response time is very fast. I can tell that this company strives toward customer satisfaction. Reps are dedicated and knowledgeable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Interface could use a refresh. A bit clunky. iPad and iPhone could use more features, to be more consistent with web interface. Would like to see ability to publish to a group of Pinterest boards from one cue, spacing intervals for publications (as with Tsilwind).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simplified my social media publishing and engagement. Love love love the auto publish cues. Life saver! I love that I can created such a variety of different cues, each serving a unique marketing purpose. For example, different cues to evergreen and curated content, different days and times.

Ease of use and customer support is top notch. I haven’t had any frustrations like I’ve had with other tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
No a fan of the name eClincher. UI is a bit weak.

Saves time and money. Easy to use and share. Still lots of capabilities I haven’t taken advantage of.

Solid Social Media Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Its most compelling feature is the expansive set of integrated social media networks. It's the broadest list I've seen.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of carousel support for Facebook. No drag and drop functionality for changing scheduled posts. Reporting can be improved upon. I wish they offered a white label solution for post publishing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Single source for all social media publishing which saves our team time and energy. It is easy to use and navigate. It covers all social channels where we have a presence.
