eClincher Makes SMM Easy
What do you like best about the product?
I can manage multiple SM accounts, I can schedule posts days and weeks in advance, and I thoroughly enjoy the customized reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, the system is unresponsive and times out, thus losing my posts. I do also wish there was a way to sort through posts based on keywords. Sometimes I will repost older posts for a career placement agency and it takes a long time to find older posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clients can utilize my services alone, and feel confident that all of their social media posts are being scheduled in advance and on sent out on time. The top benefit for me as a Social Media Manager is that I can provide quick, customized reports on demand for my clients. This saves me a ton of time, and my reports look like I spent hours putting them together.

What do you like best about the product?
It has a simple-action interface to schedule posts with.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does sometimes take a few seconds to load the dashboard. Therefore, it requires some patience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Compared to other social media management tools, eClincher allows my business to create a library of repeating posts for campaigns that allow for maximum engagement: allowing hashtags, links, and images/videos to be queued at once. Other tools often limit hashtags or links in the same post.
Very useful tool for agencies
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to manage multiple clients under one account. I like that I can log in and handle all my scheduling for all my clients with one tool at hand. It is easy to set up, use and manage on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. I like that I can look back and reference what I have scheduled as well. E clincher offers a full term solution for social media management, marketing, and their support team is always available. I also like that they have user event webinars you can watch to learn more.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the way that you can only have one main user account. I find it tedious to have to go to my co-worker to change things on the admin account all the time. Also that we have a limit to how many accounts we can have for each client makes it hard to use as an agency. But we manage with those limitations anyway.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to manage multiple clients with ease when scheduling out their social media. I can schedule out months in advance and still go back and make edits when needed. It is very easy to use as an agency.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use this for all your social management needs. This is the best tool there is out there hands down. I have tried others and none of them compare. This is your perfect solution for a complete solution for social media management, marketing, and support. They have a great support team.

I love the fact that I can schedule posts to run multiple times on several different platforms, all at once
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface could be prettier, design-wise.
It would also be great if I could organize which order my social media profiles appeared in at the top of the scheduler, based on the ones I use most frequently (instead of whatever random order they appear in).

We've grown our audiences by an average of 20% per year with zero paid traffic.

Give me something visually-based, like Planoly, to organize my Instagram grid!
Thoughtfully designed
What do you like best about the product?
It makes being a social media strategist a lot easier because everything is in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface can be a bit more sophisticated, yet user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having to check different social media accounts while being time-efficient at the same time. I save so much time with eClincher, and I'm able to make sure I don't miss any comments and other engagements.
Great Platform With Potential
What do you like best about the product?
The functionality and features are amazing you can literally manage all of your accounts in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The website and app are both very buggy and can use some updates so that the system runs better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improving timeliness in responses to customers that engage with us on social media. We are also able to post more frequently which helps our engagement.

This is a great tool for scheduling social media posts, reporting and monitoring - highly recommend.

The reporting is spotty and a little hit or miss. I'd like more robust reporting.

This tool has created a ton of efficiencies for our organization. The scheduling feature is great for posting after business hours.

Excellent product
What do you like best about the product?
It's intuitive to use - the analytics are outstanding.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't seem to draft a different post per channel without publishing individually. For example, I want links in Facebook posts but not instagram posts. It would be nice to do this posting window. Also, I would love to be able to drag and drop within the visual calendar in order to move posts from one day to the next.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I manage several profiles, so this integrates nicely and gives me quick access to reports, which I appreciate.
First Class Software and Support
What do you like best about the product?
Whilst the software does everything it says on the tin and is important, the thing I like the best is the customer support. The eClincher team are on hand all the time. As an agency we spend thousands on software each month and eClincher is the only provider that has super fast support around the clock. I wish all companies were like this.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing I dislike about eClincher is the fact they keep bringing out more and more epic features and I am too busy to look through them all and make full use of the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to use multiple software to do a job, and now we use one! This not only saves us time but money too.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't waste time with platforms that take 2 weeks to respond to support tickets. Social media is an ever-changing industry and you need to be with a reactive platform partner. These guys are forward thinking and all over it!
Simple and Clean
What do you like best about the product?
eClincher does the basic job I need it to with nice bonus features like suggested content and influencer monitoring.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard is a bit plain when compared to other, more visually dynamic dashboards, but this is not a dealbreaker. The visual calendar should show all posts published to a page regardless of their source. At the time of this review, they just show what’s been pushed from eClincher.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed something to schedule posts and crank out reports. I’ve also realized I can find conversation topics buzzing around about my products.
