If you are not using eClincher, you are wasting valuable time and money!

What do you like best about the product?
I discovered eClincher and tried the FREE trial and was immediately impressed! The platform is clean, easy to use. They have videos available and free demonstrations. I highly recommend eClincher to many businesses and even to industry colleagues.

They are constantly staying in the forefront of updates and new tools available with new platforms integrations.

If you're not using a eClincher, you're wasting time and money!
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything I dislike. If I have an issue there is a 24hr chat help window or you can use the training videos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time! Posting for various clients to their different platforms.

Try it! You will be impressed as much as I am!

What do you like best about the product?
I really like working with this company. I sent a support questions, and less than 5 minutes later they are calling me to help answer my questions. I find their pricing very fair for what the competitors charge for less features.
What do you dislike about the product?
pricing is a little hard to understand, but that is resolved very quickly by asking for some clarification. it is straight forward when you understand the account structure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me do more with less time. Also keeps my clients in the loop.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like emojis built into the system so that I can publish content and keep a more engaged audience by keeping up with the times.

I dislike the interface, feels very old and counterintuitive.

The Right Social Media Tool for all My Needs

What do you like best about the product?
I run a social media marketing business, and I need to access all my client accounts in one dashboard. eClincher does just that. Plus individual clients are separated, with all their social media channels grouped under client name. What I love the most though is eClincher's social inbox, here I receive instantaneous responses for all my client accounts, enabling me to respond accordingly, and prevent bad pr disasters. Previously I used Buffer, but found eClincher more affordable, and their tech support on -point. Literally got answers to any of my questions in minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, just looking forward to what they add-on next, maybe a library of ready-made content?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing all my client social media channels (40+) under one roof. eClincher saves me time, saves me $$$, and enables me to spend more time pursuing new clientele rather than focus solely on existing business.

What do you like best about the product?
This platform is incredibly robust. It is hard to pick just one feature that I love. The ability to store and use hashtags, the photo gallery per profile, multiple scheduling dates and times options (even same day), the value for the price...so much more. Because the price allows for more users, I can have my whole team join the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have a dislike. There can be some improvements made to certain reporting features, however, they are already in the works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing multiple clients and many social media accounts of those clients. Ease of use, abiliaty to add staff to assist in posting and so much more.

Get it! eClincher far and away exceeds expectations for social media management software.

What do you like best about the product?
Customer support is super important to me when making a buying decision. When I first considered purchasing eClincher, I reached out via chat on a Saturday afternoon to ask some technical questions and immediate got the needed answers. Turns out I got help from Tal Mikaelovich, Co-Founder and CTO of eClincher. He was amazingly helpful, and I loved his passion for helping me. I signed up on the spot!
What do you dislike about the product?
I love the amazing set of features eClincher provides. It's truly the most complete social media management platform for publishing, engagement and monitoring your social channels. Tal and his tech team are constantly adding additional features making eClincher THE social media management tool of choice for me now, and in the future. As my business evolves and my social media management needs change, eClincher will continue to evolve by adding new features to help me better manage my online business communications. Tal and his team have a winning, long-term social media management application strategy that will help me grow my business for the long-term.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I run my own business, and I love what I do. However, I have little time to manage my social channels. eclincher makes this process simple. I used Hootsuite for many years to mange my BuzzPro business' social presence, and I was still having to jump in and out of Hootsuite and each of my social channels to respond to my prospects and clients questions and needs. eClincher allows me to consolidate all of the Hootsuite functions plus, much more all into one single workflow. As a result, I am more effective with my time and can now provide even greater value to my clients in a much more streamlined way.

Benefits are time! We have so much more time now to focus on higher level issues and are not spending hours each day posting for all our clients.

Watch out for DMs

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, the calendar function, in particular, is impressive as is the array of stats available.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you include personal accounts for the purpose of amplifying social content then be aware that you cannot fully turn off Twitter DMs. This is a major problem because DMs are private conversations by design and should not be exposed. We ended up having to put our subscription on hold because this issue was a deal breaker. The same goes for other solutions but not all, but remarkably - including Sprout Social. We have had a lot of discussion with eClincher who say they understand the problem and will fix it. If they do then we will go back since everyone who used it understood it easily and was up and running quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multiple social accounts for a media brand which in turn requires that we write in our individual voices but have the system available to everyone so that we can aggregate performance. Hence the DM issue.

What do you like best about the product?
I can manage everything from one dashboard easily without having to switch dashboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. I have been very satisfied with eClincher
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can manage multiple accounts, comment, like, follow, retweet, and so forth all in one dashboard easily at the click of a button. eClincher literally saves me hours of work and the trouble of bouncing around accounts and multiple third party software. Bottom Line Up Front is eClincher works and is my go to dashboard to manage several client accounts easily and hassle free.

eClincher is dishonest

What do you like best about the product?
I have utilized eClincher for several years. I use it to schedule personal posts and for business. I further utilize the application to post life saving severe weather information in the Joplin, Missouri / Bentonville, Arkansas Markets. The application is very user friendly.

What do you dislike about the product?
In the early years (2014 or 2015), as eClincher was getting off the ground, they offered a "marketing deal" of $10 per month "for life" if you committed right then. I took them up on this offer. About two years ago, approximately 2020, they emailed saying they were going to discontinue this discount as their rate structure had changed. I objected, as did other users. They relented. Beginning this month, January 2023, they did away with the "legacy rates" and offered a $10 per month discount to legacy users but forced us to accept their rate increase to $55 per month for the basic plan. Over the years, I referred many people to eClincher - even pushing some friends from Hootsuite. The move to go back on their word caused me to jump ship. To me, this is a matter of principle. Any organization that fails to stand by its word and fails to honor its loyal long-time customers does not deserve my business. They can not be trusted to tell you the truth, so look elsewhere for social media marketing management. eClincher makes it difficult to cancel your subscription requiring you to make contact with a "cancellation manager" before they will stop charging your credit card. Avoid them.
