eclincher has the best social network data visualization
What do you like best about the product?
This program is made for great things, one of which is accurately visualizing a social network's sales and social interaction reach. The reports this application generates are very detailed and specific and can be used for display at business meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is very complicated to communicate with any support operator; I don't understand why this element is so cumbersome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have taken full advantage of the product, specifically for our brand. We have control of everything generated through the reach or success of publications on social networks or digital platforms through strategic links. We can work in constant evaluation thanks to the statistical data provided by the clincher. If your company lacks solidity in data analysis and results are liquidated, as demonstrated by analytical reports, I recommend using capper. You will be able to have a tool that relies on the evolutionary process of social networks.

I have used eclincher for over a year now and I am still loving it!
What do you like best about the product?
I really love eclincher and its SMM capabilities; it has more features than most of the competitors I have seen on the market and with a lower price point.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think of, I get what I need to manage SMM for my clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall, very pleased with eclincher. Much better value for the money. Well worth every penny!
Powerfull and trustworthy.
What do you like best about the product?
We serve 740 stores. Every store can approve or disapprove an add or a post. The text can also be personalized before placement. Perfect!
What do you dislike about the product?
Renew the tokens van take up to 3 minuts. Its not verry bad but sometimes you just wanna continu.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The speed of setting up an campaign. It saves is a lot of money and time. Love to put out a campaign. I can also see which store accepted the campaign an wich one declined the campaign
Finally control over all our Facebook groups as well as all other channels!
What do you like best about the product?
The possibility to share posts directly to all our Facebook groups is A huge timesaver. Also the automated ques are a great way of dripping event content.
What do you dislike about the product?
The automation flow could be improved. It would be great to know on login if I have posts standing to approve.

Absolutely The Best Social Media Tool - Bar None
What do you like best about the product?
There are so many great features it's hard to pick the best one. I love auto-post with RSS, Queues and the response review queues.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does so much it was a little hard to get my head around how it worked at first, but it has improved massively since then. And support is top notch!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
TIME SAVINGS! Holy smokes I spend a tiny fraction of the time I used to on social media. Everyone keeps asking me how I do it. lol.

- Posts failing to publish many times and the reason not being clear
- Not being able to tag personal profiles on LinkedIn and Facebook

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is saving a lot of time thanks to the scheduling options and the handles options. It is benefiting me because I don't post manually on the social media but everything is scheduled ahead
Navigation is a little difficult, but customer service is great.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how I can easily upload bulk posts and create queues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish when uploading bulk posts, all the posts would stay in the same order, and I also wish the publishing page had a bigger view of the content.

My favorite part about eclincher has to be the analytics, they're by far the best of any other planning platform I've seen

I dislike that it's not easier to see the planned IG feed with my planned posts in it

They are solving the problem of lack of data and analytics which extremely helps me improve my work and give my clients piece of mind that what I'm doing is working
Great Tool With Most Features
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that eclincher has a social media tool that offers most of the top features. Everything is simple to use, but the top reason I love eclincher is that their support is the best in the industry.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they had a mobile app. I understand that they used to have one and removed it. I would like to see a better feature for hastag lists and the ability to post to instagram and facebook stories.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
eclincher makes scheduling posts to my social accounts easy and fast. I have a lot of accounts to post to and this is a cost effective and efficient tool to get that job done.

This is a tool that is built for the individual managing social media accounts for a business or an agency managing multiple accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing that I dislike specifically. I do think the team is responsive in helping the user accelerate the learning curve.
