What do you like best about the product?
Very user-friendly platform and the customer service to onboard has been excellent. I am comparing this against some of the major players in this space who we have previously used.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. Any questions we have have been answered quickly, even outside of normal working hours.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows users to effectively and efficiently post content and communicate with our target audiences.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use was the first thing I noticed.Having done trials of their competitors I realized this platform was by fay more superior.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't understand on how to group clients but their social media profiles. Eventually, I figured it out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The one issue about how to group a client with their profiles was handled pretty quickly by support.

Only think I have an issue with is some of the reporting. I would love it if the analytics could compare to the same period in a previous year or the same time period directly preceding the report range

What do you like best about the product?
I love scheduling my posts to repeat well into the future. This app allows me to do so but also allows me to open, and change wording and imagery on those future posts as well. All in all easy to use, love all messages in one location.
What do you dislike about the product?
Don't love the price, think it could be a bit lower for 20 social accounts. Don't love that i have to keep renewing my tokens so frequently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have to log into each of my accounts separately, this saves quite a bit of time to have everything there.

What do you like best about the product?
-Massive collection of compatible social media platforms
- Huge feature set that is missing from the competition.
ex: tagging locations on all platforms, selecting cover for videos, easily tagging accounts on all platforms... just for example
- Unified inbox supporting not only social platforms but reviews, q&a's and more from GMB + FB
- Support 24/7
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile website doesn't support cropping images.
The mobile app is missing features from the main website.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling for my social media agency with multiple clients on a variety of platforms with my team.
It is making it easier to organize team members, and get more done.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to manage multiple accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I often accidentally choose image library when I want to upload a photo. The icons are a bit confusing. Also link previews are annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being one person managing 12 social profiles, this is invaluable!

What do you like best about the product?
I like the chat support feature the best. They are quickly responsive and work hard to help me through whatever the issue is. I have only used a couple of other scheduling platforms and this one is economical for how we use it as an agency.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some bugs that arise and cause issues, but they communicate them. I use a specific work flow so I take the least amount of time as possible, but I only learned to do so after using the platform for several months.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to manage many client accounts on multiple platforms through one login company-wide. This is helpful so everyone can see everything that is going out.

What do you like best about the product?
I find the adding and managing of accounts really easy. the functionality of user accounts and priviledges for each is great, let's me build the workflow to avoid mistakes and keep a great overview of upcoming planned content across channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface isn't as modern in design or as simple in the layout, so there is a small learning curve to use it effectively, but the customer service is immediate and they don't stop helping until you're happy. they take feature requests seriously and are always adding new coverage as the social media landscape changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
easy to dump all my client's accounts in and manage them easier. i can set up workflows to keep people on task, and give them access to only what i want them to have and only what i want them to be able to do, reducing the possibility of posts going out without approval or with mistakes. setting up scheduled posts across multiple accounts in advance is easy and fast, that's the biggest thing for me.
