Huge timesaver for social media managers
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to schedule posts for all platforms and easily cross post content.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've been using it for over a year every day and so far, I don't have any complaints!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seeing my clients social media posts all in one place has made managing SM so much more streamlined.

Great tool to promote my YouTube page
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it helps me keep track of video comments, to get stats out of them and also reply. I will soon use it to link Instagram account and Facebook dedicated page too since it's so easy to have them all on the same dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to have more services associable with the platform, such as Itch.io page for videogames or SoundCloud for music releases, as the videos I'm keen to produce may be linked to the videogame web platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed a platform to increase my growing channel popularity and I discovered that I can link more accounts than I expected. Using this, as content creator, I can manage multimedia channels by myself without involving someone to help me keep track of all concerns social pages.

managing all platforms in a single place makes my work so much easier. With a remote team, the scheduling feature makes it possible for us to work together

we checked lots of similar products when looking for a tool to help us manage our social media platforms and although Eclincher wasn't as well known, after reviewing it and speaking with the team there, we found that it hit the marks we needed to get things done. I also really like how responsive they are to questions and to recommendations for making the tool even better
Eclincher Review
What do you like best about the product?
I like how seamless it is to post across multiple social media platforms, as well as integrating different accounts. For example, my company has two different Facebook pages for our two separate divisions. Sometimes I want to post content to both pages, and other times I want to post to only one page, and eclincher allows me to pick and choose which pages I want to post to. I also like how I can schedule the same post to be reoccurring and post multiple times over the course of a few weeks. Since I started using eclincher I have really grown to love it. I love how I can customize the same post depending on where on posting it to (ie, Instagram, Facebook, etc.). This comes in really handy when I'm tagging people accross mulitple platforms and their handles are different. Or when I want to make a slightly longer post on other channels, but need to keep it shorter for X (aka Twitter).
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that I have to renew each account once a month. That gets easily frustrating and can slow posts down if I don't catch the renewal before a post is scheduled to go out. I do understand this is standard practices for all third party apps, but I wish there was a better way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using it to push out content to our multiple social media channels. Before this, we were using Sprout Social, and I disliked how it wouldn't save or recognize common hashtags that I use. With eclincher if I start typing a hashtag I've used in the past, recognizes this and automatically pops up for me to click on. I also like, as I stated before, the ability to post to two different Facebook pages at the same time. Additionally, again as I stated before, it really allows me to customize my posts depending on where on posting it to.

I would say it provides ease of mind to schedule all of your posts ahead of time and schedule them at your convenience
Was recommended by a marketing pro friend + have never looked back. Have recommended it many times.

Love that it links with Canva, another of my favorites. Plus it targets all my social platforms at once.

i honestly can't think of anything I don't like. I do need to find time to learn more about the other features.

eclincher is such a time-saver for me. I can't imagine having to go back to the old way of posting on all social media platforms individually!

i have not used other platforms like this. (my first) But i love what it does for me.
EC Review
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about EC is its customer service. I have had numerous occasions where I have gone with issues or questions around things I have spotted and they have always got back to me with answers. In one case I have been escalated to senior members to talk over my issues on a call. This level of service has allowed me to really make full use of their services. Also, this aside, there is extreme value in what is offered. I have tried numerous other platforms when starting up my agency and nothing came close to EC in regards to features and value.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything really with this. The reason being every time I have had an issue I have been able to resolve this through the 24/7 customer service. The competitor analysis report does not pull through my client's data if we have like count hidden. This isn't really necessary for my own account as the data can be got from elsewhere. I would also like to see a night mode theme on the PDF report outputs if possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Central inbox for all my platforms per client really allows us to take community management to the next level. This has saved so much time for my team as well. The reporting is quick and easy, gives me everything I need and again this is a huge time saving which allows me to spend more time reviewing the data and formulating strategies.

What do you like best about the product?
I like having the ability to create a post that will go on four different social media sites, and then being able to edit each one individually. I love that I can edit the image by cropping it or adding a logo right in Eclincher.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited abilities for Pinterest. Not able to create boards and doesn't give me the option to post to all my boards, just the first few that I created. I also don't see an option to add key words to my post.

I wasn't able to post to Instagram with a social media tool before discovering Eclincher. Now I schedule posts ahead of time through this tool.

If you are looking for one site to control all of your social media accounts, this is a great one to use.
High utility for expansive social programs
What do you like best about the product?
Tagging and cross-posting features. The inbox is also nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
Excel data can be poorly formatted. Viewing data by tag would be very beneficial.

Saving time posting to channels, having a better understanding of engagement, and deeper insights into social data.
