eClincher for Social Media

What do you like best about the product?
eClincher makes it fast and easy to design a graphic, add to a new post, add text, links, and schedule. The queues make it very easy to automate posts to various platforms. You can also create queues for special purposes and turn on and off as needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall the software is fairly easy to use but as the company grows and develops they need to invest attention on the user experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation. No one has time to post to Twitter or Facebook in real time. Using eClincher allows for automating the process and re-posting. Posts can be posted at different times for different users and time zones.

Great for organizing your social media

What do you like best about the product?
Eclincher gives me the ability to schedule posts in advance which frees up my time for more important matters. The free tools included are wonderful for creating beautifully designed posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint would be the suggested content feeds. I haven't been successful in finding actual relevant posts to use on my platforms. Would like to see more useful content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have had increased post engagement and increased followers since using eclincher. It helps us connect with our audience on a larger scale with less effort and time.

Best social media management tool!

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate eClincher's ability to tag posts so that I'm able to track how often we post about certain topics. I also appreciate the built-in analytics tools and opportunity to track so many platforms (including Google Analytics). I'm also very thankful for their AMAZING customer service - that alone is 5 out of 5 stars!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any dislikes with eclincher. I wish there was a way to manage Instagram stories, but I'm assuming its an API/Instagram issue and not an eclincher issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This technology allows me to manage all of our social platforms in one easy-to-use area. I appreciate the ability to select multiple social accounts but update the message for each individually.

Rescinded on their lifetime offer

What do you like best about the product?
Simplified social media management at a lifetime price which was promised for early adopters.
What do you dislike about the product?
How they discontinued the lifetime deal and duped all their early adapter customer base.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
None now since they discontinued my purchase because my lifetime plan had "reached the end of its life ", according to e línchese.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For a company to change their terms for lifetime users toa different plan or quit model is simply dodgy. I don't recommend these guys to anyone.

What do you like best about the product?
It is really useful for basic SMM for beginners or those that have an account established but don't do much with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lot to dislike here. The tool is setup like it's trying to answer a question that no one asked. I'm honestly confused about the good reviews. I suspected incentive based reviews and some research indicates that is in fact the case. So take them with a grain of salt.

A lot is promised with this and it half delivers, but it delivers slow (or in the case of promised services, never) but will increase the price on you regularly. This would almost be acceptable if it were a modern, fully functional tool.

For something so simple it is very difficult to use and you'll get no help with that.

The platform is painfully slow... STILL.

Which is really a a big deal because it's been awhile now.

I suspect, because of the incredibly competitive marketplace and their inability to get new clients due to the outdated platform and functionality, the price increases are to make up for it from their existing customers.

It's only a matter of time. Find a different, better, more modern platform. There are plenty out there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems it was supposed to provide was managing a lot of social media accounts. Connecting them was relatively painless, setting up payment as well. Cancelation... not so much.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Find a more modern solution at a fraction of the price. These are a some a dozen today.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to navigate. It is also super helpful when managing social media accounts. My favorite feature is being able to schedule posts on Facebook and Instagram. I also like how it shows how many comment there are on your pages so that you can plan accordingly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I currently do not see anything that I dislike. I wish that they would have offered me some training so that I would be able to use all the features and be more efficient and productive at work. One thing that would be helpful would be to have short training videos that are interactive in some way. People get bored just watching training videos. It would be great to have something that trainees can practice with or be able to put the training in use with a trial run. I wish that I would have know about more of the features so I could use them on a daily basis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Eclincher is helping me be more efficient during the workday. It helps me to not miss a comment or tag- this way, I respond to everything. We have gained more followers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Eclincher will help you to be more efficient at work. It will also help filter the positive comments and negative comments so you can deal with them accordingly. If I did not use this, I would have missed a bunch of negative comments, which could have hurt the brand's reputation. The price is great for all the features that it comes with. I just wish that I knew how to use more of the features. If you are new to eclincher I would reccomend going through some sort of training first.

What do you like best about the product?
inbox for all social accounts on one page, easy access to reporting, hashtag effectiveness reporting, very easy to schedule posts for months at a time.
What do you dislike about the product?
can't access trip advisor reviews, responding to Facebook reviews is a challenge, required to have the mobile app to post multiple pictures to Instagram, limited reporting, recommended posting times do not yield positive results, no snapchat integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I control social media accounts for 7 different business concepts. That is 7 Twitter, 7 Facebook, 7 Instagram, 7 tik tok accounts, 16 google my business, 16 yelp and 16 TripAdvisor profiles. With out clincher, I would spend 8 hours a day logging in and out of accounts and not have time to do anything else.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
When you are beyond what hootsuite can do, clincher has what you are looking for.

I love the competitor report feature. It saves hours of research!

I wish there were a way to collect some other data, such as demographics.

I love the competitor reporting and also the way it says time looking at posts that were down throughout the month.
