What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to organize and post from one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has been a bit rough getting familiar with the interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can schedule posts for many different social media outlets and clients.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take notes and possibly visit courses that understand the scope of eclincher's abilities.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can easily categorise different types of content and reuse them as long as required,
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't really think of anything, but I would like to be able to have my Facebook & Instagram Store products automatically tagged when my updates go out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
eclincher saves me so much time and helps to keep my social updates organised and consistent.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a shot, take some time to get a feel of what eclincher can do for you. There are many functions I don't even use yet, but the features I do use still make it such a valuable tool for me.

What do you like best about the product?
The suggested hashtags, auto publish from RSS feeds, and ability to add stock images right in the publishing tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had any issues with using the platform

Easier planning, better reach using hashtags, and the analytics help us inform strategic decisions

The ease of posting and editing my posts.

I dislike the fact that I can not view all of the posts I have scheduled for all of my clients with one glance like I used to be able to do.

The ability to send one post to any or all of my clients at once.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that eClincher is user-friendly. It makes scheduling social media to multiple accounts a breeze. It is just a click of the button. You are able to monitor several Social accounts with a click of a button. Anything from reviews, messages, comments, likes and share. You can see a calendar so you know what is scheduled and what platform it will go to. You can copy previously posted material with a click of a button. eClincher offers so much! I Highly recommend looking into it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that the main admin accounts, which is me, keeps getting disconnected. Even though they make it simple and notify you immediately through email, it is a pain sometimes as it gives me an error when renewing. But is easily solved with their 24/7 live chat support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With eClincher, myself and my team are saving hours of work within the workday. Thus saving the company money and earning more money by being able to take on more work. It also allows us to ensure quality control. *with white labeling for client approval prior to posting * being able to post to all social media platforms as stated in clients contract *internal proofing process that minimizes spelling errors

What do you like best about the product?
The social listening feature is the best I've seen. Much better and more sophisticated than other platforms
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not exactly easy on the eye. The user interface could be better.

I'm able to manage over 8 social accounts for two businesses all in a single place.

What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love and value the number of channels that I can post to at since along with the ability to create and develop posts inside of the platform
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if the price to add a team member was more reasonable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
eClincher allows me to manage so many channels and inboxes while also keeping a handle on my brand's reputation.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform appears to offer a lot of the standard features that most social posting tools do.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had purchased the platform to help post social content for our Pro Athletes...Quickly we pivoted and had a partner media firm handle the daily posting. As such we never got into to really use the platform. Some 5-6 months later (shame on us) realized we were still spending $120mo for it. I went online there is no online way to cancel your membership you have to contact them. So I contacted support and they answered fairly quickly and submitted the request. It had been renewed just hours before they processed the cancellation. I communicated that we had never used the platform and had just cancel could they please refund what they had just billed a few hours prior for the current month as we were NOT going to be using it. We were told NO it is in their terms they do not offer refunds and basically to pound sand. As a CEO of a tech company and a sports media company I know what service is about and the importance of customer experiences...This was NOT a good one and not a brand I will EVER use or ever recommend. As they say one unhappy customer could lead to a lot of bad press....Well I have shared with my CEO peers from our US and London office and will make sure to share my experience with anyone in the social media space. It is not the $120 could care less it is the principle of the fact and how they handled it.

Great tool for scheduling, analytics, and more

What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling, analytics, managing multiple client accounts at once. Certain features, such as adding a first comment to IG posts, are not available on other similar products.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, uploading videos or photos within the scheduler can take a long time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a marketing agency, we needed a tool to scheduling multiple clients across multiple platforms. The seamlessness of scheduling has saved us a massive amount of time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider how many accounts you may be managing as well as how many team members will need admin access.
