Epsilon3 gives you a guide on how to fix a problem for the merchant. The only thing you need to do is find the exact article (which is really hard and confusing)

What do you like best about the product?
Epsilon3 makes it easy to document your procedures in a digital format that can be easily executed. They also provide great support and customer service.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface has a slight learning curve when you're first starting out, but their customer support team is quick to answer any questions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Writing and maintaining procedures in an easy to operate format.
Epsilon3 - a usefull tool for launching student made rocket
What do you like best about the product?
There are a lot of things, that Epsilon does right. It is easy to understand and learn. You can easily build both non complex and complex processes. So its easy to start and then gradually integrate more and more complex features. Furthemore, Epsilon is constantly evolving based on features requested by its users. And even we as a non paying customer based in Europe recieved perfect customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fast development cycle has its drawbacks. When you dont use Epsilon on regular basis, the changes and new features can confuse you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For us, its a complete platform for rocket manufacturing and launch procedures. It greatly simplified both creation and use. Overall, it was huge step forward from our previous solution.
It is useful but not comfortable

I like that you can use buttons like "Next" to move to the next step.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not comfortable to use, you would need to keep the topic at the top, also maybe use some kind of folder, because sometimes there are like 20 articles from the same procedure

Almost every time I use it, I find what I am looking for, but it is hard to navigate
