Great software, but licensing per user makes it expensive
What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive interface and work flow, flexibility, usage on different platforms, timeliness, customer service
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is high, due to the fact that all users need a separate license

Keep track of executed procedures, issues that arose, etc. This improves processes
Good software. Could use some user interface upgrades but E3 team does well to help with issues.

The ability to colaborate and make changes accross multiple TPROCs quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can't make multiple subsections, this makes it difficult to utilize nested testing functions.

Rapidly configurable PROCS for multi purpose PROC usage.
Best software ever!
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very user-friendly and intuitive, making it easy to navigate and use on a daily basis. One of its strongest points is the clear and detailed explanations of the customer support functions, which makes it much easier to understand and implement different features. I use it very frequently, so I have had the chance to explore a wide range of its capabilities. It offers a great number of useful features, and despite that, the integration process is still simple and straightforward. Overall, it saves time, improves efficiency, and provides a smooth experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, I cannot think of any major improvements that are needed, as the platform already works very well for my needs. The only feature that could make the experience even better would be the addition of a dark mode option, as it would be more comfortable to use during the evening or for long periods of time.

Epsilon3 is solving me work problems, basically, helps me to find stuff a lot easier

What do you like best about the product?
Once you learn how to use Epsilon3 you can get your productivity to the max. If productivity is the best then customer satisfaction rises too. There is room for improvement, but it is being updated frequently, and many features are being added. Now I am using this app everyday so it would make my work a lot easier!
What do you dislike about the product?
It is tricky to find the procedure you want exactly and learn how to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It can help find all the information for all of the most common processes customers are facing, so my productivity is rising thanks to Epsilon3
Good for operations, could improve for manufacturing

Ease of use across multiple users, easily skip steps or add notes

No native support for manufacturing features, doesn't summarize results of procedures as run after the fact

Repeatability across multiple procedures with multiple staff members running similar procedures.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how clear the procedure steps are! The structure makes it easy to identify high level steps as well as details within each step. I also like how you are able to monitor what procedures are running at all times

The UI is difficult to understand at first sometimes

Epsilon3 solves the problem of being unfamiliar with how my company works. It allows me to study the procedures that my company runs through
An excellent resource with a unique procedural focus

The aspect of Epsilon3 I like best is the procedural step by step nature of the guides. It forces each knowledge base to be approachable and broken down into easy to comprehend steps.

The only aspect I have struggled with is the naming conventions.

We use Epsilon3 as a knowledge base for our troubleshooting and standard operating procedures.

Exellent workflow to create, approve and follow manufacturing procedures
Good architecture and functionality for test campaigns
What do you like best about the product?
Webapp based platform is straight forward to use and ensures checklists, steps, recordings, etc. all easily accessible and format modifiable. Support team is enthusiastic and responsive, and flexible in support.
What do you dislike about the product?
UI looks a bit like from a few years ago. Can be cleaner layout. Responsiveness sometimes is a bit slow, so app can be optimized for utilization or low bandwidth/bad network areas.

E3 is removing paper checklists and helping manage and track test data and execution.
