Streamlined our ops
What do you like best about the product?
Responsiveness of the company, syncing of procedures across concurrent users, and version control.
What do you dislike about the product?
Bit of a learning curve, but well worth building E3 into your ops.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We run safety critical and complex test equipment and procedures. Epsilon3 allows us to have an intricate flow chart of operations to deal with any situation meaning operators are never left guessing what to do next or reading complicated procedures.
Can't imagine managing projects without Epsilon3 anymore
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Epsilon3 brings all the important project info together. It has smart features for understanding data, which help us choose the right actions. Plus, it works well with lots of different software, making our work process more flexible and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although Epsilon3 is great for project management, its user interface could be more visually appealing and customizable to better suit individual preferences. Moreover, occasional updates can disrupt the workflow, as they require time for installation and user adaptation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Epsilon3 makes managing projects better by helping us keep track of things, use resources wisely, and finish work on time. We can use its smart features to find problems and make our work smoother, saving time and money. Our team works better and talks more because of the software.
An easy to use software for quick data nalysis
What do you like best about the product?
Epsilon3 includes a simple design that makes it easy for me to navigate through different features without any confusion. Its capacity to produce in-depth reports is fantastic because it allows me to keep track of my progress and maintain organization. The software works really fast, and I can easily complete my tasks in no time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Epsilon3 doesn't have any customization options which I would like to see, it would speed up my work processes even more but organize everything how I want it to be. Also, the limited integrations with other tools and platforms is a thing that doesn't bother me that much, but I think that other people would if Epsilon3 could integrate with more applications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has solved my problem of manual data entry, which was taking up a lot of my time previously and it significantly increased my productivity. The software has also helped me to identify patterns and trends in my data, which I can use to make more thoughtful decisions. Lastly, Epsilon3 has improved my communication with my team, as we can easily collaborate and share information through the software. I highly recommend it to everyone who wants software for quick data analysis.
Finally! A true upgrade over the countless procedural development platforms I've previously endured.
What do you like best about the product?
The layout is much cleaner, and the run history in the foreground is very nice. I do have to say that the test mode while still building the procedure is beyond helpful. The most valuable feature is the end user-suggested edits set aside for the next version's release.
What do you dislike about the product?
For all of the steps involved in procedure development, options, and variables, a better tutorial or help center would be beyond helpful. This could be done either in-app or through links to a youtube channel. Also, I would like like to see a table of contents for the substep content, i.e., 1.1.1 control panel submenu, 1.1.2 graphics settings, with the option of the header for each substep being visible or hidden from the procedure itself. The table of contents would be nice for jumping around for version updates. Lastly, when we go into the edit mode, something that shows specifically what changes were made from this version vs. the last release.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to ensure the specific end-user groups follow sensitive procedures to a T when assisting clients outside the scope of their day-to-day roles. Allowing us to deliver best-in-class service to our clients, even when our reps are outside their comfort zones.

Detailed Work Instructions Made Easy!!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of the user interface to navigate through the different sections of a build. The quick links inside the work instructions help tremendously when you need to view a print.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing I dislike about Epsilon3 is the search for the different work orders. Sometimes work orders can get duplicated very easily and inadvetantly start work on the wrong one
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Epsilon3 is light years from the old work instruction software we used to use. It has helped the technicians be more efficient on the production floor and increase our work output.
A useful engineering tool

The interactive nature and relatively straight forward formatting.

The inability to "un-sign" a step or op.

depending on how the op is written, Epsilon acts as a build guide for a given engineering project.
