Needs some work, but it is far better than I've used in the past.
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and reads similarly to social media. Most of the time, it is easy to read and follow the work set out by our engineers. I love how we can upload photos straight to the ops we're working on.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish ops could be unsigned. I wish we had a system for charts similar to that of Excel. What I mean by that is, I wish that when I enter a torque value, the total torque was calculated through a formula based on the range that the creator of the op would enter before.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us techs understand and follow work instructions while keeping us accountable for the work that we are expected to do. Compared to our old software MES is amazing!

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to see the whole procedure, during work instructions, the whole procedure goes in a downward motion and is very easy to scroll through and also how easy it is to add notes
What do you dislike about the product?
How some ops can not be signed off until the previous op is signed off, along with the lag in adding comments and or going from one op to the other. This can be kinda challenging at some times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easier way to track jobs across multiple people working the same job, when multiple people work the same job over different shift, epsilon makes it easy for all notes and ops that are not complete or completed to be viewed by everyone, creating less confusion

What do you like best about the product?
The best feature of Epsilon3 is the ease of collaboration it provides. Our team can communicate effortlessly, share files, and work together on projects within the platform, boosting our productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
One drawback of Epsilon3 is its lack of advanced reporting features. While the basic reporting tools are useful, having more comprehensive analytics would give us a better understanding of our project performance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Epsilon3 fixes issues with messy and slow project work. It puts all project details in one place, making talking easier and giving everyone the newest information, cutting down on mistakes.
Very positive experience that makes performing tests easier, faster, and more consistent.
What do you like best about the product?
E3 handles all the formatting, tracking, and measurement validation automatically, allowing you to focus on the procedure content. The API feature distinguishes it from similar software, allowing you to directly connect the procedure to a test software and directly display test measurements and commands. Customer service is amazing with responses within 30 minutes for any issue or feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
The API does not handle large parameter sets very well, and large/complex procedures will introduce a lot of slowdown in the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
E3 is helping us address shortcomings in test traceability, document generation speeds and consistency, and test performance. We are able to generate documentation a lot quicker and are able to perform tests faster and with more consistency. Any events or anomalies are easily tracked via comments at the end of each step.
The Best
What do you like best about the product?
For such a platform, one would typically expect the user interface to be boring, but with Epsilon3 it's the opposite; the interface is very appealing and user-friendly. Its performance is incredible; I have never used software such as this with frequent improvements to make it even much better. Oooh! It is worth it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not dislike this software; I mean, the best people built it, so you should expect high value and performance compared to its competitors in the market. I highly recommend it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped us from developing the product roadmap, assign work instructions and suggest any changes that may be relevant. It has also improved efficiency throughout our testing and operational procedures.
The software solves a real problem quite well but is expensive compared to the features it offers.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way procedures can be made in the application and the options that are offered at each stage. Also love the signoff required from multiple people which is quite useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even though we can create procedures in epsilon3, we still have to write a middleware entirely ourselves in order to make those features work the way we need to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The creation of procedure stacks is important as it allows us to execute pre-written instructions and do so in a user-friendly way.
Epsilon for business workflow - review
What do you like best about the product?
The way you can keep things organized and follow processes/procedures step by step, it's amazing. Tremendously helped us with following the steps needed to perform specific tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I have not identified any downsides. If it will ever happen, I will make sure to report it accordingly. A fantastic tool so far! User-friendly and intuitive!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping new hires or someone who is transitioning from another department with following the procedures and/or tasks correctly. Leaving less place for failure, helping with setting rutine.
Assembly and Test Procedure Experience
What do you like best about the product?
I like that users are able to upload medias, make comments. A lot of the features that allow us to customize how we store our data within Epsilon is incredibly useful
What do you dislike about the product?
Some problems I've run into with Epsilon3 are the role permissions to check off steps. Any user can check off or make comments within a step but it requires going into Epsilon as an admin and editing each role that a user is certified to do, which is sometimes time consuming
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Epsilon3 is helping us solve organized documentation during an assembly. Previously we simply took pictures and hoped it would be uploaded/could be found but with Epsilon we're able to go to a specific step and find our documentation for it
Writing Procedures for the Texas Rocket Engineering Laboratory for Hotfire Test
What do you like best about the product?
I love the different ways to present all the steps and notes. For example, the note/caution/warning features allow me to emphasize some important parts and note others.
What do you dislike about the product?
When working with input tables, the rows cannot be moved with drag and drop style of interaction. If I want to move rows around, I have to add new rows, copy and paste the text into the other rows, and shuffle everything around.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Epsilon3 provides a very efficient way for me to write my procedures for my team when conducting test operations. Test operations are high energy in nature and pose lots of risks to personnel and properly if not done correctly. With Epsilon3, we can write and extensively review these procedures so that our test operations are conducted efficiently. Not only that, but because we are student engineers, working with Epsilon3 now prepares us for writing effective operating procedures in industry.
