What do you like best about the product?
User-friendly GUI and easy to follow the steps, categories and menus are straightforward to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting used to the rules when selecting each action in the flow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps with guiding through the steps required in our daily customer interactions.

What do you like best about the product?
Does a great job at keeping us organized through challenging multi-step projects
What do you dislike about the product?
Very large learning curve. After a few weeks of usage we're still learning new things

Our projects tend to have a ton of moving parts and steps needed for completion. Epsilon3 does a great job keeping us organized.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy and fast it is to build and maintain procedures.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is sometimes difficult to use when internet service was spotty.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to effectively move through procedures live without having to print out everything.

What do you like best about the product?
The idea of scripting answers to tickets is a good one but is it fast enough and will it be accurate, I am not sure, We haven't built it it yet for my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found one yet. If the product can determine a problem without the need for a technician's interaction, it might be more useful. Also the product should assist with entering data into the support ticket. I assume it is built right into our ticket system, if not, I wouldn't think it will be successful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think the plan is to empower our support technicians, many of which are poorly trained and may have too many areas to cover. Giving them questions to ask on repetitive problems could help.

Clean, organized layout with quick editing suggestions is cool
What do you dislike about the product?
Tech access for my trainees can be spotty at first

OUr previous work instruction layout was very cluttered and would sometimes hide information. This layout is much cleaner and better organized

Epsilon3 - Excellent Tool for Process Management

What do you like best about the product?
Epsilon3 is really effective at creating procedures and delegating them to others to execute. I really like that you can execute and store different runs of the same procedure allowing me to capture specific details of each run. It's procedure generation and review process is also very simple and straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Epsilon3 could definitely have a more user friendly GUI. It can be a bit of a challenge to find everything and overall looks a bit more clunky than other tools out there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Epsilon3 is allowing us to write repeatable proceduress and work instructions and letting us have tight control over our processes.

Ease of use, collaboration, and speed of updating latest information allowing constant communication

No revision tracking when revising work instructions

Saving paper and allowing all things to be digital that way we dont lose track of work instructions

The rate of improvement of the capabilities of the software. And the improvement over word style procedurers.

The abilities to move parts between sections is missing.

it has step by step solution so you wont get lost in the process. keeps you focused on the solution.

it was great in my eyes nothing needs to be changed.
