Improved Test Tracking and Efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
Epsilon 3 has been an extremely useful tool when it comes to testing tracking and designing test procedures. All testing history is saved and spots for data input is included in the runs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The program can get confusing when getting into a large number of steps. Some sort of color coating per section could be helpful. A way of leaving suggested edits during runs would be useful. When editing, a list of suggested edits that links you to the step would be helpful rather than scrolling to find the suggestions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been using epsilon 3 as a way to improve test procedures and test tracking.
Easy To Use
What do you like best about the product?
Epilson3 was fairly simple for me to learn the basics which allowed me to construct basic procedures with little to no help.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not allow me to add a timeline for my procedures.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me to keep track of the procedural steps.
Epsilon3 review
What do you like best about the product?
User interfaces are straightforward. Format of work orders is easy to read. Ease of access for uploading needed files is nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes glitches out and not syncing with servers when waiting for sign offs or uploaded files. No fail safe protocols to not allow steps to be worked on before all prior steps are signed off or accounted for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Documentation for work instructions are getting better over time with improved and updated processes.
Preliminary overview of the platform
What do you like best about the product?
The adaptable user interface looks to be something Space Perspective will benefit from. We are building out these multistep procedures form the ground up and having the ability to set milestone check off points are critical.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to comment so far as I am still very new to the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are conducting weekly training meetings to learn the system. This is critical to our success.
E3 is easy to use, even with little to no training.
What do you like best about the product?
E3 is very easy to use, even if you are unfamiliar with the software and have not received any training. There is also a thorough database of tutorials to explain the features if you would like to do some self-study. Integrating APIs in E3 is also relatively straightforward, as they have example code and documentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Editing and reviewing procedures in E3, particularly once you add more features like conditionals, can be tedious since you cannot run through them in a test environment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
E3 can help streamline and automate some of our procedures, provided a few more requirements are met to allow implementation in our business case. I believe it is undoubtedly headed in the right direction.
Perfect procedure "integrator"
What do you like best about the product?
Very powerful ability to integrate various information types into the test procedure, ie step routines, data syncing and diagrams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't really think of one -- complexity is somewhat of a hurdle at the start, but users seems to catch their footing pretty rapidly and discover expanded functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrating various information types for quick retrieval while at the workstation. Easy updating and archiving of test results
Quality Inspector, good aid to show steps and procedures
What do you like best about the product?
the multi user interface and the ability to follow procedures. its a great tool for user and viewer.
What do you dislike about the product?
its as accurate as the user input. there is not much to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
its a track to show and live follow to a procedure. its a good what to visualize operation progress.
Works, but is uninspiring
What do you like best about the product?
Simple, easy to use interface doesn't require a lot of learning.
What do you dislike about the product?
With out current implementation, I don't see a good way to get data out of E3. We need to be able to export data on measurements, current release status of groups of reports, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Work instructions for product manufacturing. Let's us document how work is executed.
Amazing experience
What do you like best about the product?
Makes creating work instructions very streamlined as well as adding instructions to already existing work instructions a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no revision control as well as track changes for work instructions which makes it difficult to see what has changed between releases
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it is making work instructions more streamlined as well as completing them more easy since everyone can have access to the same work instructions
Easy to use and quick to adjust
What do you like best about the product?
Dropping photos in from Snagit is convenient for visuals and efficiency.
Ease to repeat steps.
If set up correctly by a company, the standard steps are a great function.
Ease to repeat steps.
If set up correctly by a company, the standard steps are a great function.
What do you dislike about the product?
The redline function removes some adjustability for the step; it is easier just to create a new step than to try and do a redline.
Using the .cvs file to create standards isn't clear enough how.
Using the .cvs file to create standards isn't clear enough how.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was removing a cumbersome manufacturing work instruction system. It removed the need for re-adding steps and allowed us to perform repeat steps. The versatility for nonconformances is very effective.
