What do you dislike about the product?
The shade of the interface sometimes is a little hard to view, I'm sure others could benefit from a dark mode.
Sometimes the "Run procedure" button disaperes and comes back when you refresh.

Trail version
What do you like best about the product?
database features to manage procedures, have different rights assigned to operators (following, writing, approving procedures). It can be clearly defined who is allowed to sign off on things
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features are not usabel for our operation, this makes the system overall a bit harder to understand. UI should be adjustable to each organisations needs. Some features felt a bit buggy

Running and managing SOPs efficiently
Good software, great support

What do you dislike about the product?
Software still developing capability, but quickly adding new features. Can be a bit buggy but they are quick to investigate, troubleshoot and resolve issues that we encounter.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Epsilon 3 is used to manage all our test procedures. We needed a product that was more reliable, quick and easy to use and provided summary metrics rather than a word document
Epsilon 3 is great
What do you like best about the product?
Epsilon makes it easy to search for the orders and items I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is a bit clunky and sometimes too much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Epsilon makes it easier to track order progress and communicate between departments easier
Epsilon3 is a decent digital alternative to paper procedures
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and intuitive. Able to get up and running in no time. I could replicate everything I had in my paper procedures (created in MS Word) in the Epsilon3 format.
What do you dislike about the product?
Making tables is not as easy or customizable as it is in Excel/Word. Specifically, making sure column widths were how I wanted them to look. Also, there was no way to add table numbers and titles and reference them by table number. A practical workaround was to make the table a step and refer to the step when I needed to reference the table.
One issue I had when running a procedure and signing off the steps was, when I went back to the document, the steps I signed off on earlier weren't signed. It's like it didn't update server-side or something. I resigned them and went about my day but when I came back to it again they weren't signed. Again!! This occured 3 times! I would also like to point out that one of those steps had a 30 minute timer, so every time I had to resign, I had to wait for that 30 minute timer to count down before continuing to buy-off steps. Right now this is a deal-breaker for me. When it's just me signing off it's an annoyance but if there were other technicians and quality involved this would create big problems.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Epsilon3 would be a natural evolution of moving our procedures into the digital space. It would cut down on the amount of paper we use daily. It would also eliminate the possibility of lost paperwork.
Complex but totally customizable
What do you like best about the product?
We can make it do literally anything we want from a procedural checklist standpoint. The software incorporates data from so many areas, pooling it all in one spot for our agents.
What do you dislike about the product?
The setup is intense and sometimes overwhelming, but that is the cost of such customization and control. A more streamlines software would not be able to do what we need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Agent procedures are in one of 4 places and not something they can follow along to ensure they have completed steps when in a call ticket. Epsiolon3 brings all this into one spot, and they follow it to completion.
