  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I do like the features that Epsilon3 offers, but I do not see that much of them implemented lately
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to not like. All of it seems to be working just fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provides more details in regards to certain matters that appear during SOP validation

Epsilon Experience has been good so far as a new user

  • February 28, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Found navigating the platform relatively easy and intuitive for someone who was new to the platform, everything was where i expected it to be.
What do you dislike about the product?
When using Epsilon 3 to write procedures, having more option to export and formalise these procedures in supporting documentation would have been really helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
gives us a conenient platform to write and manage complex and nuanced processes and procedures to support our organisation, making things as effective and safe as possible.

Procedures & Shift Logs in One

  • February 28, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility of creating procedures that act as detailed logs of shift operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
All procedures are stateless. In some use cases, it would be useful to carry information from a previous procedure to a new one, or interface with an external database.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating SOPs for mission operations that also function as detailed shift log information.

Great

  • February 28, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to breakdown previous and current pathways to customer solution, also capable of pausing a customer interaction for the next team member to takeover or move along.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, there are no negative points to bring forward that may be resolved. The platform works great and is a beautiful tool for businesses to assist customers in resolving issues quickly and effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customers issues can now be resolved with more than one team member, and no excessive notes are added, just the required information to assist the representative in resolving the issue

Solid software, with some fixable flaws

  • February 28, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Extremely intuitive interface, very easy to create visual work instructions
What do you dislike about the product?
Tracability is easy to lose with the procedures unless you're careful in how it's written. Revision/alteration control needs an overhaul as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows rapid engineering adjustment on processes currently in progress

Helps a lot once you get used to it

  • February 28, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and how versatile it is. When you start using epsilon, it's hard to get a grasp of, but once you get used to it, it is so versatile and can help so much with day to day procedures.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have anything negative to say other than it can be tough to get a grasp of at first, but once you start to master it, everything makes sense. I just had to give it time to get used to everything it has to offer
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves my problems by being easy to use and being so versatile once you have mastered it, it vastly outperforms the other alternatives I have personally experienced

Great Visual Buildflow Tool

  • February 28, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Epsilon provides a simple, easy to view layout to write work instructions for a build. The team has been great and responsive to work with. The tool is very easy to use, and provides more instructional transparency to production.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is difficult to follow more complicated builds that jump around a lot. Builds are not always linear, and Epsilon lays out the flow in a linear fashion, which can make it difficult to interpret what is going on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The system we used previously for our work instructions was very clunky. Epsilon dramatically simplifies not only writing the plans but also in execution of the plan.

Epsilon3: Procedures Done Right

  • February 28, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It is instrumental in laying out the steps of each procedure ahead of time, getting them approved by the proper people, then having them run the exact way they were intended. The team at Epsilon3 also works to patch bugs as we discover them quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is currently no file storage built into the platform. There are workarounds, and the team will add this feature shortly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the problem of a lack of standard operating procedures.

An excellent solution for multi-mission procedure management

  • February 28, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Epsilon3 is an incredibly user-friendly development platform that could be called "plug-and-play" in drafting, reviewing, and releasing procedures. The platform UX/UI allows for easily trackable procedure execution with few to many operators and across various projects. The developer team has been incredibly responsive to hearing user suggestions and providing road-maps to implementable solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Procedure features and workflow is limited to the specific feature set provided in the UI. There are times when workarounds are required to tailor the procedure to the operation's needs. Epsilon3 lacks some administrative features to "clean up" previously archived information where requests to the Epsilon3 dev team may be needed to resolve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our operations require configuration-managed procedures accessible to various operators with varying use levels. Epsilon3 allows us to manage our procedure repository in a space specifically catered to tracking procedure development and facilitating real-time execution.

Powerful potential

  • February 28, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to use snippets and reference other procedures. So many procedures are cut/paste, and it's valuable to change those once and have those changes be propagated to all other sections.
What do you dislike about the product?
The GUI while editing procedures is very spacious, requiring a ton of scrolling to get to other parts of the procedure to check what you wrote earlier. Additionally, the review workflow is a little clumsy - difficult to see your own feedback when getting a drawing back from review feedback being implemented, and no way to decline to approve a review (that I can tell). Lastly, I use the table edit tool frequently when making procedures, and it could stand to be much more powerful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to write lots of procedures for managing our spacecraft, and previously that was all done with regular old word documents. These were clumsy and time-consuming, not to mentioned extremely labor-intensive. E3 allows us to write procedures and run them in a more intuitive manner.
