Epsilon 3 has changed the way I work!
What do you like best about the product?
I am very new to Epsilon 3 and I think it is a great program. It has the ability to contain and organize so much information and it is overall very user friendly and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the short time that I have been using Epsilon3 there is not much that I can complain about. Overall it is very user friendly and easy to pickup. I would like to see some UI change in the future!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Epsilon3 is helping solve overall SOP organization and creation. It is very user-friendly and easy to use. I was able to pick it up after one short training session.

What do you like best about the product?
It streamlines the process for us, and makes the flow of work vastly quicker than before.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't run into any real issues as of yet, but am more than willing to provide feedback when I do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of filling in the information needed, and Epsilon makes the entire process so much smoother for me.
Great operational management system for engineers
What do you like best about the product?
Epsilon3 is super useful for creating and managing tasks! On a large scale project, it's a great option for engineers.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not the best range of integration for all fields of projects - documentation for specific ranges of projects like software can be difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Epsilon3 is especially great for aerospace projects and long term projects in general that have many components.

What do you like best about the product?
We have built the Epsilon3 software to capture our operational customer onboarding procedures. I like the layout on the screen and being able to switch between projects or procedures to see completion rates and statistics.

What do you dislike about the product?
For a first-time user, it can be a little bit confusing. At least, I was. What am i looking at? How can this help me? How do I repeat a procedure? Where is there a step missing or a problem? I feel like you have to use it quite regularly to appreciate it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating clear checklists and procedures for repeatable projects and steps and ensuring consistency with our deployments. The error rates have dropped, and levels of success are up!

I like how organized and efficient it can make writing test procedures

There aren't much detailed examples out there to replicate test procedures

What do you like best about the product?
Epsilon3 makes all the tasks very organized, and has many dynamic processes like requiring 2 sets of approval or attach images as well as live commenting regarding the current step.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would not say that Epsilon3 is not helpful in anyways as for us, writing the testing procedure has been a tremendous help. Some improvements that would be nice to have might be better UI in a sense.

It allows a smoother procedure process and allows us to run tests much more smoothly. Epsilon3 is luckily ITAR approved as well, therefore it helps us a lot more with documentations

What do you like best about the product?
Epsilon3 is constantly improving. It's one of the easiest parts of doing my job, and easy to teach to other people too. The personal relationship between customers and the company is unmatched. Also, running, collecting feedback on, and and revising my own procedures is super easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Slow on iPads sometimes! But this is normally something we can prepare for ahead of time in our operations. I'm not sure if the root cause. Also sometimes scaling difficulties on mobile browser. I'm not sure if there's a mobile app I could be using instead thag might resolve this
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of who completed what through real time buy-offs. Good version control - I cannot run an outdated procedure. Easy to modify procedures on the fly. Overall way fewer mistakes in test ops and engine assembly, and if we do mess up there's a log of where and why, and often with photos that are stored in a safe place for future reference. I currently use epsilon about once a week in my college rocket team, but at my internship I used it multiple times a day, every day. It was a really great experience!
Very useful tool when working in teams

I like how simple it is to collaborate on their platform and how detailed processes can be.
What do you dislike about the product?
Epsilon 3 can be a little complex and complicated to use if you have not had any exposure to it before using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are looking to revamp our SOPs and Epsilon3 is assisting us with that

What do you like best about the product?
So much nicer than using word documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was easier to see different revisions of the procedures, but this may be simply my inexperience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've used the product to replace our operating procedures that were on word docs and controlled using team center.
