Interesting Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like that this tool has a lot of different functionality and can be used in several ways to enhance business processes. It's relatively easy to use once you get the hang of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has a learning curve to use the tool to its maximum ability. It can be hard to teach and train others in the organization about what its best used for and how to accurately use the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our call center agents can use a standard operating procedure when taking customer phone calls. This allows us to standardize our processes and create consistency across our support department(s).
Efficient and easy to learn
What do you like best about the product?
E3 is super easy to learn. The product and use of it very efficient and helpful to multiple different cases. The E3 is also very responsive as we are learning and growing to provide new updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, nothing really yet. Any issues seen so far has been brought up to the E3 team and addressed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multiple users can actively view and use the same procedure and be in the loop.

Essential software for an Ops environment
What do you like best about the product?
The barrier to entry is so low. You don't stress about writing a procedure because you know all the features are in place to make it easy to write, whether starting from scratch or copying from an existing procedure. The team is super responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think they are working on making database integration easier, especially for cases where the library of data for each of your individual missions is different
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Writing procedures for a dynamic ops environment in Word or PDF was unsustainable. We are getting rid of all paper procedures because of Epsilon 3. It also allows us to reuse procedures from one mission to the next through easy editing.
Very intuitive to use and many options for customizing procedures.
What do you like best about the product?
How many options there are for writing a procedure and how intuitive it is to use. I also appreciate the very quick support via chat.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could duplicate certain parts of a step and THEN move it to another step. Also, I wish unresolved comments were retained when releasing a procedure. Also, the ability to undo signoffs while running a procedure would be GREAT! Also, it would be nice to have better tracking of the things that have changed to a procedure between review phases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlining our procedures, having digital records of procedures, allowing for easy editing of procedures, etc.
Fast and easy procedure executions
What do you like best about the product?
Really easy to add photos as you are verifying steps.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is hard to achieve the correct organization for the procedure steps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using E3 makes it faster for our team to develop procedures and getting them reviewed. Once procedures are released it is very easy to run them in the lab using a table.
Great product for manufacturing execution
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use, and I like that you can upload documents and photos directly into the procedures in E3. The links to different steps comes in handy as well. It helps keeps us organized and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that multiple users can not complete a procedure unless they are logged in from different devices. We have lost some signoffs in the past because of this. Seems like an easy fix I hope they can implement soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Electronic procedures are easy to find and useful when you want to see the history of a procedure that was run.
Epsilon 3
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to read and navigate, Very nice aesthetic for work applications. Easy to kee[ track of work completed and work left. Love the ability to add comments to each operation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Epsilon can be a bit laggy and has some quirks to it. Would like a process improvement feature to update suggestions for work order edits. Overall a great product for Work management,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of use and navigation is nice. I haven't used the product long enough to have problems yet, but they will be noted upon future use of this product.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. The UI is very friendly, and the response time is quick.

The colors could be better.

Epsilon3 Review
What do you like best about the product?
Having the ability to monitor the progress of all our AutoclerkHms and PMS systems, as well as being able to view our Data Entry, is a benefit in my opinion. So, thank you for that addition.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not aware if there is a downloadable application for Epsilon3 that we can use instead of the web version, but it would be helpful to address the delay in the history when using the web version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By allowing me to provide Clients and Associates with accurate information, progress updates, and an estimated time frame for completion.
