Easy to learn

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use
Reordering capability
Better than SAP
Standard text formatting code
Ability to add pictures and other supporting documentation including internal and external links
What do you dislike about the product?
Some processes can get very long. It would be nice if the sections could be color coded to help distinguish between sections when quickly scrolling.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have not been paying much attention to the updates Epsilon has been putting out.

What do you like best about the product?
Looks to be a good process flow. Convenient place to find everything all in one shot.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't seen anything to dislike about it yet!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Essentially taking the place of checklists and making it very easy to ensure procedures are followed.

What do you like best about the product?
Epsilon3 is especially helpful in enabling source-of-truth procedures for complex and high-stakes operations with a platform that supports rapid iteration. The alternative of a word document is insufficient and downright dangerous in launch vehicle testing applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard to find a problem with Epsilon3, but the first that comes to mind since I've transitioned from a user at my internship to more of an administrator is the lack of groups with dedicated and specific permissions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Complex hardware operations require simultaneous stakeholder decision-making, thorough documentation, and modular features. It benefits us by enabling that with ease and providing a platform for students to learn how to develop rigorous operations.

Fantastic For Operating Procedure Execution

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to have triggers for users based on current or past conditions is so useful when trying to help them complete a task. It API integrations are what makes it stand out from its competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love to see the option to reskin to be more friendly for agents. The tech 'visuals' can be nice and are appropriate for certain agents, but having a more 'entry user' friendly style would be appreciated to help the product seem less intimidating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to see which steps cause an agent to pause or break during a procedure is an extremely useful set of metrics when trying to diagnose any issues with our KPIs.

What do you like best about the product?
We have not fully converted to using this system yet but when it is up and running, it will allow us to access tools and great procedure in one place, which eliminates a lot off moving pieces, which is the most important part of customer service
What do you dislike about the product?
We have not began using this product yet in my department but from my knowledge Epsilon is going to reduce downside to our current system, which is a plus.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is going to benefit me by having all information in one place, to make it easier to navigate and be more productive in assisting our customers

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to have all the processes interactive and provide feedback on the step that might be outdated or wrong.
What do you dislike about the product?
at first glance it is intimidating. There seems to be a lot to do or steps to take.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When someone calls into support, they can expect the same answer no matter the tenure of the rep on the phone. This causes consistancy across the board.

What do you like best about the product?
Speed and flexibility in execution. It is also really nice to have a review and release workflow built in to the software
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike some of the authoring features that make the author workflow a bit difficult/tedious.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the test procedure problem for our company which puts the entire production floor on the same platform. It makes working with other groups easy and flexible.

What do you like best about the product?
Epsilon has great procedural guardrails so our team can define and complete complex scientific evaluations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Epsilon3's API isn't as fleshed out as I would like it to be. The addition of rest Endpoints instead of websockets would be super helpful
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its the solving the problem of standardization of procedures and centralization of procedure steps and outcomes.
