Great customer support, great product, room for improvement on automation
What do you like best about the product?
It is very user friendly for everyone in the organization, and the customer support is excellent

the API functionality is a bit lacking but improving

we are writing procedures that operators execute and it is benefiting us because it is very user-friendly and easy to use with many great features for this type of application

The ease of being able to follow complex company procedures while going step by step

The Interface seems a tad outdated and could benefit from a facelift. Takes longer than usual to understand the material due to this

For very complex procedures, it is easier to follow the branching step-by-step approach of epsilon guides

What do you like best about the product?
I like epsilon3 because it has step by step guides on how to solve a problem, or how to perform a task. I use it a couple times per week, because the job that I'm working, requires me to research information in this platform. It is quite easy to use, because the search engine is pretty good, and its easy to find topics that I want.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Epsilon3 sometimes lacks the simplicity, it is quite complex and not very intuitive at first, when you just start using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Epsilon3 helps me solve problems like troubleshooting credit card readers, it gives an instruction how they work, and how to configure specific settings on it.

Every procedure and every set-up is documented with step-by-step instructions, with multiple scenarios/options to choose from.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike it because the interface is not user-friendly. The documentation and the steps to complete some kind of procedure can sometimes be complicated and hard to understand.

Epsilon3 helps me to understand how to perform tasks in the correct way without making any mistakes.

While Epsilon3 is a robust and user-friendly platform overall, I’ve still run into a few limitations and areas where it could be improved. At times, I find it difficult to use, and the experience can feel less intuitive than I expect.

It benefits me by making it easier to assist other agents and guide them through the procedures.

That you can open a procedure and then you keep receiving emails about required action, I don't wanna open a procedure, I just want to see the steps I need to take in order to do something.

It gives me detailed steps of a certain procedure I might have forgotten steps of!

What do you like best about the product?
All the information is detail the steps are preaty easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's hard to find a guide that you are looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Epsilon helps to work on certaintant things when you are not sure about the procedure.
Excellent software that helps me stay organized and track important information
What do you like best about the product?
The depth at which I can adapt Epsilon to my needs and make it work for me is super helpful. I especially like how I can split things into sections and have specific action-bys and that you can easily redline procedures.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I am updating a procedure and I click the redlines button it will take me to every redline including the resolved ones. I think there should be a better way to stay organized and just find the unresolved redlines instaed of taking you to every one.

Being able to archive procedures automatically and sort them easily. Also making sure every step is accomplished.
