Easy and quick way to create checklists&procedures
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how intuitive the tool is. I had to create new procedures during a launch campaign with only little time to spare. Althougth I only had little prior experience with epsilon I was able to create the checklists I needed without spending much time on learning to use the tool. I also like that the tool is web based. As long as you know your login data you can use it on any device anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
The print function could use some refinement. At least in Firefox when you print a checklist epsilon only uses the standard print function of the webbrowser, which outputs non-ideal documents. Sometimes a workstep gets cut in halve at the end of the page and the rest is printed on the next page. This can be a bit confusing when you are working under pressure at the launch pad.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me to quickly create checklists/procedures which keep me from making mistakes while working on fligth hardware.
It might be confusing, yet it gets it's job done and simplifies the learning curve
What do you like best about the product?
The idea that it is aways on hand, and you can return to the previous stem of the process to go through it again, if you missed something, incentivising you to learn about other resolutions, thus easying workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Annoying Close this process e-mails which spam my google from time to time.

Workflow of corporate process. Makes it understantable and let's me focus on task at hand.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Epsilon3 is how easy it is to use. It makes complex tasks and teamwork feel smoother and more organized, which saves a lot of time.

What I dislike about Epsilon3 is that it can sometimes be slow, especially when dealing with large projects or lots of data. It can be a bit frustrating waiting for things to load.

I like the knowledge method that Epsilon provides - with steps. It keeps all the necessary information. You can use it frequently with no trouble. It eases the implenetation and integration for everyone working in Customer Support.

Perhaps sometimes it is tricky to use and steps sometimes look like a maze.

Sometimes I lack of knowldedge and I need specific path to teach me, Epsilon has exactly what I need.

Best thing that allot of guides are writen in Great detail and it leaves almost no room for mistakes

I like how compact it is. All of our procedures can be located in the same place.

It is not a very friendly to users as it is hard to navigate between different procedures when you just started using Epsilon3.

From a customer support perspective, the program is widely utilized due to its extensive procedural coverage. Additionally, it is straightforward to implement and integrate, effectively bridging knowledge gaps and enabling seamless, efficient use.

The program seems to be to grey for usage

I like how every procedure can be located in one spot that's the main thing why we use epsilon3 in the first place

It is not user-friendly facing. A lot of things are hard to navigate and you could only get used to it after some time.

Have not found any issues yet. A little harder to use on an IPad than the desktop.
