The support is very prompt and committed to helping
What do you like best about the product?
The support team is always available when I need them, and make every effort to help if they can. The team seems open to feedback and tries to integrate suggestions for improvement as users have them.
What do you dislike about the product?
How the procedures or comments are saved has caused me a few headaches over the course of a year of use. I have lost entire procedures and hours of work because they have either been over written by another user having the procedure open, or the auto save feature not working properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This service allows us to keep all of procedures and runs in a central location, allowing us to have better version control and data management.
Very informative, yet a tad complicated
What do you like best about the product?
I think the detailed breakdowns of procedures are great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Often time same breakdowns of procedures are a bit too complicated to navigate, this especially applies to new hires.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps with leading me to the right direction if any questions arise.
My opinion on Epsilon3.
What do you like best about the product?
What I like about Eplison3 is that everything is kept simple, it's user friendly and easy to edit.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that I do not like, is that sometimes there are to much content in one place, which can be overhwelming a begginer user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Epsilon3 solves the problem of writing knowledge base articles, they are easy to use and very understandable.
Clunky
What do you like best about the product?
Simulations are nice to run through, its actually nice to have a date base where you are able to pull up certifcation examples.
What do you dislike about the product?
Simulations almost never run properly. I will get the layout of the simulation rather than running the simulation.
I can almost alway see the outline of any simulation.
For example I have never been able to run the simulation properly and just click on the certicaitons.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having proper templates of proper examples displayed.
Game-changing execution - good now, will be great!
What do you like best about the product?
Robust config control, review and traceability.
Excellent data capture when you've set the procedures up correctly.
No photocopying or using clunky PDFs.
Easy sharing around teams without using email or other channels.
Hooks into our captured telemetry data for post-test exploitation.
Great and continually improving UI/UX.

What do you dislike about the product?
Building procedures can feel clunky.
When procedures are built and manually amended, no option to review and update the source snippets - sometimes important changes get dropped unintentionally.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Developing and executing complex, safety-critical flight test activities.
Epsilon helps with creation, review, approval, execution and analysis of test in a robust way. In the past the team has used MS Word with tables - it was a nightmare for config control and editing.

Ease of use
What do you like best about the product?
When procedures are made, following and completeing them makes it very simplistic and has the options to use for practically anything we need it for. It makes most people rely on it to use it frequently, as it is used daily for all orders we do, implementing any of our work procedures to this program works very smoothly, causing integration for out department such a simple step. The customer support tab in the corner makes it very easy to get to to use but its not in the way, but a nice reminder its there.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can look very daunting at times, especially to others new to it, but other than the nit-picky thing, there are not many things i dislike about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps all our documentation in one place on top of creating a digital checklist instead of spreading the workload everywhere, its all in one place.
Epsilon3 for satellite AIT
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, intuitive GUI, powerful functionalities for automation of reporting
What do you dislike about the product?
The planning module has a lot of unexploited potential, the automation is buggy
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automatic report generation from procedure, we have been able to link it to our ground satellite's telemetry and functional testing is a lot easier and nicer to carry out.
We are yet to use it in anger for our upcoming constellations AIT but we have high hopes.

- sometimes it is time-consuming to edit and create procedures
- drags a little bit for editing long procedures
- exporting tools (pdf) does not work well
- drags a little bit for editing long procedures
- exporting tools (pdf) does not work well
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It replaces conventional methods for creating, updating and executing procedures. Typically, this has been done using tools like excel or even paper. These tools do not provide the required level of functionality to manage data and processes.
Not User-Friendly, Difficult to Navigate
What do you like best about the product?
If I had to highlight a positive, it would be that after extensive use, I’ve gotten somewhat accustomed to its interface and features. It does offer tools for managing workflows, but the usability makes it challenging to fully benefit from them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Epsilon3 is not very user-friendly. The interface is hard to navigate, making it difficult to follow workflows and complete tasks efficiently. Even with experience, it’s still not intuitive, and I often find myself wishing for a simpler, more streamlined alternative
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Epsilon3 is designed to help manage and document workflows, but its complex interface gets in the way of efficiency. While it does provide the tools needed, the usability issues make it harder to get full value from them. I’d benefit much more from a platform that’s easier to navigate and understand.
Ease of use

I feel that the functionality of using Ep3 should be have the ablility to be used via mobile device in the smoothest process
What do you dislike about the product?
How i'm unable to use on the web browser of my device
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problems of me completing my task.
