My Review Epsilon3
What do you like best about the product?
What I really like about Epsilon3 is that it shows you the steps in completing something. It instrictions you to skip steps 3 & 4 if step 1 is already done. It also has the capability to be used alongside with other contributors as well. So I can work on E3 alongside with another agent which is awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
Something I dislike are the length of the prodecures.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Epsilon3 is solving the ability to collaborite on assignments and procedures together. It allows the team to work on something simultaniously. It helps me in figure out where I should look next for a techncians POV.
Epsilon3 has been a absolute blessing for obtaining industry-like procedure and test software
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the vast amount of QOL improvements throughout the years that I never thought I needed - but have been great to have. It is incredibly easy to make new procedures, and get people looped in.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the procedure software was a bit more powerful, I find myself missing features and freedom. Further, I think the 'Procedure Runs' is lacking and could be much better organizationally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is our primary work instructions software - this has allowed adequete knowledge transfer for the applications that utilize it - and it is easy for reviewal, making new issues, etc.
The website is powerful but I often find traditional articles to be easier for me to reference.
What do you like best about the product?
It allows complex tasks to be broken down into a decision making tree.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI make it difficult to navigate or understand for new users, which impacts the ease of use. There is no option that I could find to view an Epsilon procedure in an article format, a feature I would like to see. For that reason, I do not use it often compared to other databases. I haven't seen implementations or integrations of these procedures elsewhere as of right now.

Epsilon3 allows tasks to be broken down into a decision making tree, which can be beneficial for procedures support is unfamiliar with.

Amount of features it provides, how detailed it can get.

Having too much information on the screen, would like to get a more condenced guides, that wouldn't require to jump through links so often.

What do you like best about the product?
i really enjoy how it interfaces with the user with the planning is completed. it is user friendly and I also enjoy that it is not difficult to learn how to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would really love it if the checkboxes to make sure users have read the steps were on the right side instead of the left. The reason behind this is that it forces the user to completely read the steps rather than click it when it is on the left side. I also would like Epsilon3 to have the capanility to have different fonts and colors for the wording. There are times I want to highlight a step or a value and I cannot bold, italicize, underline, color the words in green or red.
Also when I am inputing data values from procedures and I have to look at about 50 runs on the same procedure this is very difficult. i want to run a procedure with a specific name or number so when i look through all the data it is easy to see which one it is rather than me geussing based ont he time it ran. I also want to see who started the run on that procedure.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a common location for production and test work orders. Having a location where the whole company follows a format on how to do production and testing.
Use epsilon for daily work requirements.
What do you like best about the product?
It is user friendly and non-intimedating.

I am unable to log on unless an account is created. I was unable to use this for my first 3 weeks of employment.

I don't need to lug around any hard copies of a work order.

I do not visit Epsilon often so it is difficult to become comfortable.

What do you like best about the product?
The program is simplistic to use and functions mostly as intended within the given scope we use for our business needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The consistant refresh required to maintain a updated work order. Other programs update in realtime where this does not

Very little downside, there is a slight learning curve.

It is very easy to use as much as I use it, there are a great amount of features that can be used day-to-day.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't many things that are dislikable about Epsilon. The customer support is great.

They are making it easier to find and read work orders which makes my life easier.
