What do you like best about the product?
Organized and well put together and it helps to limit mistakes in the work process

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I dont think i have any probelms with epsllon3
Very easy to use and navigate.
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to find and and navigate throught the work order and the number of features that help you do so. havent had to deal with customer support much but has been very usefull when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not any downfalls that i have ran into yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
workorders are are better than other workorder platforms used.
Great product to make work orders simple.
What do you like best about the product?
Epsilon streamlines work orders by putting all the steps into one page. No more clicking around to find the different steps, just scroll down and sign off your steps. I havn't been with the company long but it was easy to pick up how to use it. It is an easy program to use, and we use it quite often. I like the different features, like being able to leave comments on each step to let others that may not be around you know what your thoughts are or problems you had.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything with the program has been great so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is putting the entire work order on one screen. That makes it so I don't have to jump from page to page to get to different steps.

What do you like best about the product?
Helpful step by step procedures that help to deal with problems while communicating with clients. I also found that editing procedures is rather intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface and certain procedures can be complicated to follow and not user friendly, especialy if it is your first time using Epsilon3. However I foudn that the help section has a lot of useful information that can assist in utilzing many aspects of Epsilon3.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Epsioln3 is assiting agents in solving various payment processing issues that may occur while using our services.
Seems fine, if a bit unintuitive
What do you like best about the product?
It is a good enough replacement for a word doc and a sheet of paper, except where software can not compete with hard copies.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is unintuitive but that is a necessity for modern software engineering, as all problems are mostly solved, and must be re-complicated to be differentiated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We require written procedures. It works as well as any other solution in which you write down procedures.

Layout, ease of use, customer support and number of features

Nothing yet. Just started trialing and it is great so far.

Better than anything I've used before
What do you like best about the product?
Epsilon3 is a great way to centralize procedures in a location that everyone can access. One of my favorite things about Epsilon3 is the ability to follow along a procedure run from anywhere, as long as you and the people running the procedure have an internet connection. I also really like the ability to attach files to the procedure runs. Whenever I want I can go back to look at the data that was recorded from a procedure run that happened months ago.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside I would say is the time needed to initially integrate Epsilon3 into processes. Creating procedures is pretty easy, but before you start actually using it its hard to know what you want the procedures to look like and how they should accomplish your tasks.

Accesablility of data collected during procedure runs as well as the quality of work performed during proceudre runs.
Pleasant experience with Epsilon
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to access knowledge bases, narrowed down information to get the most out of a short visit to the site
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of information on a few issues that occur in a daily-basis of a technician
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most of the knowledge bases allow me to guide merchants that I am helping with day-to-day operations (like fixing the credit card machine)
Epsilon in a Technical Call Center Setting
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is fast, love the step by step guides. It is nice that it allows us to select an action & the guide goes according to those choices. This is a good approach for a call center environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the procedure names, they get too confusing. Also running procedures is confusing, I would just like the guides to be there and not run anything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving PIN Pad issues, guiding my agents on procedures.
Easy to use but a bit confusing

The desing of Epsilon looks fresh and it's pretty easy to use
What do you dislike about the product?
At first it's bit confusing due to user interface as it there's not much explanation what's the diffrence between option "Run" and "procedures"
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Epsilons resolves issues with having certain procedures described and giving options on how what should go if during said procedures we encounter variation B instead of A which was expected.
