What do you like best about the product?
Deputy is very helpful in allowing employees to manager their own leave requests and unavailabilities and has helped us avoid any overlapping shifts across our multiple locations and has streamlined the payroll process.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no way to deny a shift request without changing the shift settings or deleting and reposting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deputy is heling us solve rising payroll costs and staff leave/unavailabilities.

What do you like best about the product?
We have been using deputy now for two years, it's been so helpful for us as a business, it has cut down the time it takes to complete pay roll. It also makes it really easy to publish open shifts to allow your team to request to work!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, it does everything we need it too

What do you like best about the product?
Makes rostering and budgeting hours a dream
What do you dislike about the product?
Incorporating permanent staff into the roster could be easier
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Budgeting for departments has never been easier. Also being able to roster multiple departments at the same time is a huge benefit as we have multiple staff that move amongst locations. Reviewing timesheets is clear as both rostered hours and actual hours are displayed.

Handy app for Rosters and Timesheets

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use and helped our company so much to ease the implementation of the roster. User friendly, and very helpful customer support.
Has a good number of features which makes the process even easier
What do you dislike about the product?
It has been noted by employees that the Deputy app is slow or gets stuck when starting or ending shift (especially when ending shift)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our roster is very complex, Deputy helped ease the process and also saves me a lot of time to approve timesheets

Easy to navigate through the website, make it my rota schedule much quicker than it used to be,

might the set up little bit misleading when we using £ and the hourly rate comes up in euro

What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling and viewing schedules are smooth and the ability for employees to swap shifts provides excellent flexibility for projects to run smoothly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the reports to be by employee number instead of names to match those in our accounting system because they are all by employee number.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has been great in accurate time reporting for payroll and easy management of employee availability for task allocation.

What do you like best about the product?
Our non-profit organization uses Deputy to schedule our staff, reducing the administration time for this task. It also allows for multiple individuals to work on the schedule, reporting and payroll from different locations.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be a little more intuitive to use. You often have to search for what you are looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are run by a volunteer board of directors, so reducing the time for administrative tasks is important.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to make a roster. News feed is my fave to announce something to the whole team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes If we made changes on the roster, it doesn't sync on the staff's app unless their app is always updated.

Tracking hours, absences, managing shifts and getting the toal hours each staff spent on breaks
